Hello, everythime I try to export it blacks out the fps to 30 even though the video is 60fps. Is there any way to fix this? This is in the Desktop version

Hello there, we'd like to know if you export from the Studio's Project page? If so, sorry to say that currently the Studio version 5's Project only supports export at 30fps. So what bitrate do I choose for my 360 degree X4 video in the PC software? The slider goes up to 200 Mbps. I wish the software would give some guidance instead of simply showing a slider, without an indication of a good starting point. At least in the mobile app, the slider will move to, what looks like, some recommended bitrates, when you change e.g. resolution.
Also, why does the estimated file size not change when switching from h264 to h265. H265 should be lower.

Hello, it's recommended that you set the bitrate to the maximum (200 Mbps) when exporting. Additionally, you mentioned that the estimated file size does not change when switching from h264 to h265. Insta360 app is updated to the latest version. The sound and video is sync in the original footage. Editing the video in the updated insta360 app, sound and video still in sync. However, AFTER exporting the video, the saved video shows sound and video being out of sync. Tried exporting again with a shorter duration and lesser files and the results are the same.

I've encountered the same problem and after hours of troubleshooting I realised that adding transitions cause the audio and video to be out of sync. It only became apparent when I tested exporting with and without tranisitions multiple times, using 3 different transition styles. All caused the same issue. When I remove the transitions, there is no issues with the audio and video sync.

Pregunta:
¿Puedo exportar un vídeo en 360 grados pero con los keyframes que YO marqué en la Insta360 Studio de PC y que el vídeo 360 siga mis marcas?
Pregunto porque si exporto en visión normal de video reencuadrado a 16:9 pues sí que me sigue las keyframes, pero yo no quiero visión en 180 grados, quiero que quien vea mi vídeo en 360 siga en la esfera lo que yo le quería mostrar, más allá que el observante pueda cambiar el ángulo de visión cuando guste.
¿Es posible?
