Man been watching your videos for the last few weeks. I so need to get to south FL. Would love to be able to fish with you and Brook. I look forward to watching you cook that Blackfin.
Hi Viktor, Just a short message in case you missed my last one to Congratulate you in exceeding 100K Subs. Such a milestone for you and so deserved. Great Channel, so grounded, quality filming and great manners Viktor. I wish i Fished with you, a great no nonsence lad that i would be proud to know. All my best, Steve in Scotland.
Victor and Brooke...you need to get your Capt license & do charters. I want to fish with you guys. I procrastinated 20 years & finally took the class & got mine. Started with a 25 ton then 50 ton & then a 100 ton license. You can do it too! Great video.
Last thing the industry needs is more weekend warriors trying run charters, if you didnt work on commercial and legit charters seven days week as deckhand for decades then second capt long range fleet or commercial fleet for another decade or two before ever being first capt or running own boat, then youre inferior to majority of lifelong full time legit capts, and industry is oversaturated and destroyed by every donkey and their brother who likes to fish gets some money together and decides "gee, derp, i love to fish ive fished for sport since was kid, derp, i think ill buy a boat get license insured bonded and poof! Ill run a charter!" lol anyone who aint been on deck for living 300+days year for couple decades, has zero business buying way into industry. If have the cash and think got what it takes then buy a commercial vessel do commercial summer and winter fisheries for decade, THEN maybe think about legit charter. But last think industry needs is more oversaturation by every tom dick and harry donkey with some cash buying way into business ruining it and taking customers from real capts with lifelong career at sea under belt
@@heatherrobertson34 thanks for the motivation. I'm going to get my USCG license and start running inshore charters this year. I've fished saltwater most of my life. I'll message you with the info when I'm set up. I'll take you out for 600 for the day!! You whiney little bitch... lol.
Good night sweet VR anti-reverse. I’ve had multiple VRs get cooked from Cape Cod Canal stripers let alone massive reef donkeys! Those VS jigging rods are the freaking truth though! I’ve seen them do things that defy physics and not quit.
On jigs you should use snap swivels. I don’t know why more people don’t. Fish hit it impulsively so it’s not like every presentation detail matters. It’s definitely helped me land more and lose less tackle
Sup Viktor, I got a vid idea for a Tackle Tuesday / random informational video. How you yak baits off the beach. If you have a way to contain the bait&breakaway, and if so what is it, or do you just throw it on the yak and call it good. What are some safety measures that should be taken. What are some techniques to get through breakers, and to come back in. What type of yak, length, weight capacity etc. I'm sure a lot of LBSF rookies, like myself, would benefit from this type of video.
I am not sure about catch and release but it is not a way of having fun. Just imagine been hooked, reeled in, released and hooked and reeled in again but this time it is us been hooked.
@4:12, "what's better than catching Bonitas?" Vic sounding like BlacktipH 😂
Charlie D. Bro it's a GIANT

Do an AJ catch and cook
AJ's are good eating. Bonitas not so much. I would have kept the one that got shark bit for dinner.
Why are you throwing them back?
Meanwhile I am over here catching 7 inch trout's.
Ok bro

you should of used the first fish that was half eaten as bate
reef donkey aka 'arm day"
The great thing about AJ fishing is it takes no skill and they fight great.
