Some friends told me that raising the exhaust port on a VMC Stelvio isn't very easy because there is very thin material in that area. Did you have any problem about this? Did you maybe take a look after you raised the exhaust port, to check how thin the material is?
@@FreakMoPed8 no, wait: I wasnt talking about widening it. Was talking about raising it, like from 170° to 175°, raising it 1mm or 1.5mm for examples, same thing that you did in the video. That's why I asked 😁
Daumen hoch fürs Wieselburger!
bist leicht aus wieselburg ;)
I prefer smoothing the edges by hand with sandpaper stripes. For me it works better

aha. gonna check that again, there is basically always meat enough for 1,2,3mm raising the edge, but lets see how much meat is there at the VMC
@@FreakMoPed8 let me know here in the comments if you remember 😁
Hello from Indonesia bro 🛵🛵... vespa 🛵🛵🛵💨💨💨
Lockdown antics?!
nope! current ongoin work ;)
I think i'm misunderstanding de "65%" rule. If that port has 45mm wide, 45mm is 71% of the bore diameter (63mm). What i didn't get about the rule?
U dont calculate it like that. Its maths. Look up radian measure.
