- DISCLAIMER: The purpose of this video was to show silly/good/interesting mechanics. I don't think Smash Ultimate is actually broken, it's just the name of the series. Don't take this seriously.
Thanks again for watching. It took a while to finish this but I'm glad I did. Nintendo is patching this game constantly, making it hard to find anything as crazy as previous games (Which is really good). Ultimate is going to change a lot 6 months from now, and a follow up video will be coming then. For now, Smash 4 is Broken and other videos on the way.
Also, tell me how you feel about the first part where I do a follow up on the Ultimate is Broken 1 changes. Should I cut it out, or leave it in. I feel it's important but I want to what you guys think.

@@yoshithebear7630 young link, pikachu, and ness all got buffed a few patches ago even though they were already top tier, in pikachu case the best in the game. Meanwhile low tiers such as doctor mario and many others are ignored so the gap between best and worst is getting bigger, so it seems the patch team isnt paying attention

I feel like Ice Climbers will be in a constant state of finding a new really complicated but effective tech, than have it patched out in a few months anyway.
Dylan Norman the meta for Icies is going to be learning and master tech on CPUs and bringing into a tourney before anyone knows how broken it is lmao
They haven't patched much yet, aside from Nana Trump they seem to be only going after clearly-dysfunctional mechanics. That being said, if you ever go to the Ice Climber discord when updates drop... "panic" seems about right.
@@natnew32 yeah, the problem with Icies is with how they are designed in ultimate, they literally need desync to have a chace at being viable
natnew32 personally, I'm happy that characters like Icies and ken exist alongside fundamentals characters, it adds flavour and longevity to the game for experienced players.

Step 2: fair and down b and fishing rod
Step 3: profit
Under Dom or just jump off the stage and Yeet the fishing pole, grab the Mac and throw him anywhere away from the stage

I honestly really like how almost ALL the character actually play and function true to the original franchise or characters personality. Even Bayo for example is flying all over the stage and pulling off cross stage combos like she does in her series.

alejot37 mii gunner is easily on par with mii swordfigher. A great spike, surprisingly good aerials and good zoning tools while also being able to be aggressive. Only problem is recovering because though gunner might have a good recovery it can only recover downwards making it predictable, but even then the recovery goes really high meaning that the enemy has to go really low to punish and they won’t risk that. Also one of their recoveries spikes so you might reverse ledge guard them.

My favorite smash bros patch will always be the one were they changed Daisy's hotbox after it was discovered to be a tiny bit wider than peach's, now they're the same size.
Let the records show that I was a Ken main BEFORE the patch.
I wanted to main ken before the new update, but got fed up tatsumaking myself to an SD.

@@sheridan5175 actualy, I used his down b as an edge guard option. It's really effective against recoveries with hitboxes
but what he really lack is aerial attacks, or anti aerials options.
It makes fighting aerials or jumping characters a nightmare.

Saying "Ryu/Ken" was kinda misleading when you used Ken in literally every clip. Ryu does not kill anywhere near as early as Ken.
At the same time you can't DI/SDI through Ryu's up special
