He uses shovels being thrust into sand or small rocks to get the sounds as well as native instruments or melody r for the background guitars although he usually actually plays any piano parts

He has a full five octaves and his lowest notes (not used here) almost fall off the end of the piano. It isn’t just the low notes, but the range and the artistry.
