Angron being banished via being bludgeoned by the Emperor's shield isn't a detriment against him in the slightest. Even stated that a single hit from Angron would've sliced the Lion in half which is just insane.
Hm yes he has raw power, but he lacks skill for the most part. Though i could, to an extent, say the same about Mortarion. Morty took a solid bit of damage against Guilliman and i can't imagine him shaking that off without warp powers so easly as he did in canon.
Also they couldn't really have the Lion lose as he would be perma-killed by Angron, whereas Angron can just rez after 8 weeks 8 days and 8 hours, so the writers had little choice in the matter.
Failure and suicide. No other Loyalist has the strategic or tactical capability on the scale that Guilliman had. He not only solved shittons of bureaucracy issues, but he also singlehandedly coordinated the largest intergalactic campaign since the Great Crusade.

I like to think that Perty lost the battle against Mortarion coz he isnt really a demon prince. So that would explain why he lost despite him being a superior tactician and commander also making it in lore reazons with his characters prettyy cool. Coz he would never sell his soul to chaos.
I had never thought about it before but you make a good point, Morty is solid in every category and compared to most of his traitor brothers he seems easier to work with. Death Guard are probably valuable allies if you can ignore/survive the smell.
Majorkill, what about a video stating what Malcador's duties and responsibilities in the imperium were? Every time I look it up all I can find is that he was the emperor's advisor and friend.
I dunno, I feel like Fulgrim, Angron and Mortarian are almost like a rock, paper scissors situation. Though I think it comes down between Fulgrim and Angron, Morty is just too slow for me to think he'd be able to Tank enough of Fulgrim's hits before he goes down, the two of them are both tough thanks to their healing abilities, but if Morty lost to Jaghatai while Daemon Ascended, speed and skill with a blade seems like something he struggles against besides raw power. Out of the strongest Primarch Duelists Fulgrim was always up there with Leman, Lion, Sanguinius and Conrad, but especially now I think he's well suited to take Mortarian down if he really tried. As far as who I think would win between Angron and Fulgrim, honestly I dunno! Angron is devastating if he can land a hit, but thats the thing, I don't know if he'd be able to land enough hits on Fulgrim consistently enough to slow him down before he can regenerate or before all the cuts he'd get for each over swing starts to add up. Personally I'd give Fulgrim the win in terms of a 1v1 situation between the traitors.
Great video MK, personally I'd give the top spot to Mortarion though. It was mentioned how Mortarion caused a corrosive plague that withered away at the iron warriors & how Angron gets beaten by "being a fucking retard" 😂 Way I see it is Mortarion would put his flight to better use, his pistol ("the lantern" I think it's called) as well as causing plagues & disease to debuff, corrode, sicken & overall influence the angry fuckhead would combo up. If angron doesn't win in a short fight I think 9 times out of 10 Mortarion can endure & carve him down. Angrons best bet would be to end it quick, that's where the wings matter (yes they both have them but morty isn't cooked enough to let himself get pummelled). Distance shots, plague & flight. After that, attrition.
@christiandauz3742 Since I posted my comment I've learnt more about the Iron Warriors & Perturabo. I'd say they're a stronger force than Angron & his legion. I can fully believe that in a war Perturabo could beat Mortarion however I do think that battle can go either way depending on external factors & such.
I think its also worthy of note that Perty still has Ferrus’ hammer Forgebreaker, but with added daemonic shenanigans and improvements. Also Perty was mentally powerful enough to resist Fulgrim’s attempts at sacrificing him. I think he’d definitely be a beast if we saw him get off his chair.
@@someperson1829 Yet they almost did Had Meros not disobeyed his Primarch and entered the Rage casket then Sanginius would have gone in and be corrupted Chaos easily wins the Heresy
@@christiandauz3742 That's a wishful thinking from a chaosite. lol. But there's no reason in denying that Chaos won the Heresy, Chaos won just by the fact that it happened.
I mean The Lion won for many reasons: 1. He had THE EMPERORS shield. 2. He is One of the coolest primarchs and everyone likes him 3.Plot armour. 4. He can’t come back like angron Also Angron comes back in 8 weeks 8 days and 8 hours. But if it’s 8 days dosen’t that make it 9 weeks? Damn warp timing is strange af
No way the original fulgrim will be, angron has a chance if the emperor decided to take him back then remove the B-nails, no way kurze will become loyalist again (yeah, he regrets everything but he hates everyone)perturabo is same as kurze. lorgar, magnus and mortarion are too far gone. Alpharius is dead (maybe omegon knows how to revive him since he's the other half of soul) and maybe omegon is playing both sides secretly (cypher).
@@CorpseStarchEnjoyer Doubt that. They couldn't remove the nails before, I doubt they would be able to now. Besides, Angron would never accept and the Emperor has no reason to redeem a primarch legion that's only known for it's bloodshed. I agree that the original Fulgrim is Lost. Kurze would only be possible if Emps somehow would be able to remove the visions from Kurze's genes/teach him how to handle them + invested hundreds of years to try and make amends to Kurze for not being there for him like he was there for other primarchs. Kurze would maybe accept reconciliation as he doesnt care about his legion anyway. Again, What goal would it serve to the Emperor, who is not really known for his great ability of self reflection. Perty will never accept. Mortarion could be redeemed, Emps said so himself, but I doubt Mortarion would do so out of loyalty, more likely to get back at Nurgle and Typhus for enslaving him and his legion. Lorgar is mad. He could be redeemed I think, but as a zealot. Something Emps hated before. Maybe if Emps embraced his godhood status and would have need for faith/prayer/rituals etc etc Lorgar would be useful to him. Lorgar would probably also only redeem himself if the Chaos Gods are defeated and the warp has been cut off. (But where does that leave the emperor as a warp god?) Magnus can be redeemed if he has all his soul shards and I am sure Emps would have a use for him. Emps would need a way to fix the gene issues of the thousands sons though. Maybe Cawl made a stock of primaris marines that could house the spirits of the rubric marines, showing Magnus and Ahriman there is a future without the risk of turning into warpspawn. Alpharius/Omegon is a brain breaker. I do think at least 1 of the 2 remained loyal, but i dont know which one of them died or if they died at all to begin with.
Lorgar fought Girlyman to a stalemate before Daemonhood. Not to mention he is probably the most gifted Pysker besides Magnus. I know you exaggerate for humor but there is probably a legitimate Argument for Lorgar.
He'd be way more powerful than anyone. He once took on six Space Wolves dreadnoughts and won. He's been only defeated via hacks due to his many many weaknesses.
I wonder in the form of Warp Manipulation would this change anything, like that is Lorgar's speciality, that yes in the overall categories Lorgar looses but against each other, finding out how to counter their Daemon essence like how he beat Fulgrim. Speaking of really think when Fulgrim comes back he should kill Khaldor Drago, taking out a big enough powerful lore character part of the Imperium raises the stakes, and it being one infamous for beating a Daemon Primarch would be fitting.
I'd probably have put mortarion over angron because command power is, at least in my eyes, more valuable than all others. I mean look at macharius, he wasn't even a primarch but did more than most of those for the imperium. So if you'd have gone for "the strongest" I'd give it to angron, but the most powerful (over all) to mortarion. But I agree it is a tough one, I also agree with the rest of the ranking.
@@Goblinhandler fair enough, although I'll maintain that the nails have overridden so much of what he was supposed to be that I have trouble seeing him otherwise

@@Goblinhandler that's what I'm saying. Angron has lost A LOT of his primarch abilities due to the damn nails. And even with that, he was still tough as hell and was one of the best when it came up to actual combat. However he's still brain fried (really why I like the roboutian heresy, even if fan made it gives us a theory of how he could have been even greater)
I would say Magnus has a chance at being the most powerful, despite missing shards, cause of Tzeentch. Depending on how Tzeentch feels, he could empower Magnus to insane levels...again that's only if he feels like it. He's a massive troll so I wouldn't put it past him to dial Magnus up to 11 then pull the rug from under him during a fight. Additionally, whenever Tzeentch eventually becomes the most powerful Chaos God like Khorne is right now, Magnus definitely would benefit from that. It's just a theory, cause Magnus is one of my favorite Primarchs and characters in the setting. All the same, nice work on the video Majorkill!
I would argue it does not matter who is strongest in a 1v1 situation. Lorgar is easily the most powerful because he commands an almost fully intact legion, his words can sway whole worlds to Chaos and his forces can summon daemons to bolster his forces even further. Warhammer is about total war and the only one who can rival Lorgar at total war is Guilliman.
Id say morty takes the cake in the same way i think Robtop Gumballmarathon is the greatest of the loyalists: versatility! Both have my personal bias despite their weaknesses. Morty got banished to the Cumjar-realm and Rowboat Greenhouse-emissions cant scratch his ass because morty gave him tuberculosaids
Before watching the video I'm predicting that magnus is the weakest one, he took so many Ls since he came back, even if he should be the strongest one in terms of raw power. I'm convinced tzeentch made him weaker to mess with him or something.
The seeming mindlessness of Angron is also a strength, he doesn't hold back ever. The fact that he does not fear death - in fact he WANTS to die so he can finally know peace - is also a huge red flag that he is not to be messed with.
I am convinced that when the emperor was looking for warp gods, he came upon Xochipilli, the Aztec God of Homosexual Prostitution, and he was just in a hurry, already did the other 19, and just said fuck it. How bad can it turn out. That's how we got lorgar.
Man I love listening to Majorkill videos that’ve stacked up over the week on my Wednesdays off. Just doing house chores while listening to the absolute Chad Beast. ❤️💀🖤
Fulgrim is that character that is powerfull, smart, skillfull, and could beat anyone in single duel, but he knows he thats good and simply dont want to fight or do something unless it cease his boredom. Perturabo is good in team(army), but not great in solo. Funny to see Magnus( Who did nothing wrong) is the only one who got nerfed after become a daemon Prince. Angron is the Barbarian Berserker who allways respawn and Mortarion is the pure tank who will win as the time pass. Great Video! It's good to see how each primarch prince is very diferent in his own way.
What kind of powerups are the loyalist Primarchs showing? Corvus got his raven form, The Lion got his forest walk warp travel - any others been shown or hinted at?
Honestly makes sense that the death guard is the most organized, for each chaos god they’re all focused on a fanatic obsession which throws them off, the pursuit of pleasure, knowledge or blood even to the point of killing your own ally’s, meanwhile nurgle asks you to spread his “gifts” which happen to be very useful for fucking shit up before fights even start and sure they’re fanatically in love with their god but that love could still take the form of safe/smart battle tactics
You got me good with that intro joke xD. Hi im just starting my way into 40K and ive been consuming your content more than chaos consumed baldie boi horus. Anyways love the content man!
I would find interesting, Majorkill's description of the Primarchs's brief childhood. How their pods crashed and found, their first interaction with Humans (or lack thereof) and how these brief formative years would shape their character.
I'm keen to see GW do something with Perty and Lorgs, in both current literature and minis. But I assume that Fulgrim will be the next Daemon primarch to be focused on in the lore as Emperors Children are an established traitor legion on the tabletop while Word Bearers and Iron Warriors are pretty much simply paint schemes. I personally think it would be cool if Abaddon was able to orchestrate the fall of one of the loyalist primarchs in the current setting. Would do a bit to erase his 13 failures while elevating a Big Bad. Like, imagine a fallen Vulcan...

Him and Perty but Perty has been afk for thousands of years while Mortarion has been very proactive as far as Daemon Primarchs go.
Ironically the most dangerous is probably Lorgar.
His knowledge of Chaos and its nature is beyond anyone’s probably even beyond the Emperor’s.
The Iron Warriors and their Traitor Titans killed a lot of DG during the Rust and Ruin
Now that's what up, angron has proven that his nuts are made of skulls and that's all we need to know
Angron vs Sangy is a fun read because it really put into perspective how strong sangy is.
Imagine if Chaos had succeeded in corrupting him
@@christiandauz3742 Chaos would have better chance corrupting Big E. lol. The angel was the purest soul in the galaxy.
@@someperson1829
Yet they almost did
Had Meros not disobeyed his Primarch and entered the Rage casket then Sanginius would have gone in and be corrupted
Chaos easily wins the Heresy
@@christiandauz3742 That's a wishful thinking from a chaosite. lol. But there's no reason in denying that Chaos won the Heresy, Chaos won just by the fact that it happened.
@@someperson1829
Uh, you don't read the novels do you?
Meros is the sole reason Horus lost the Heresy
I mean The Lion won for many reasons:
1. He had THE EMPERORS shield.
2. He is One of the coolest primarchs and everyone likes him
3.Plot armour.
4. He can’t come back like angron
Also Angron comes back in 8 weeks 8 days and 8 hours. But if it’s 8 days dosen’t that make it 9 weeks? Damn warp timing is strange af
The fight between Perturabo and angron was a classic. Basically leashed the beast
A video about all Tau auxiliaries would be great content and give some deserved attention to Xenos.
What will happen if traitors primachs get redeem and the reaction of the universe would be great
No way the original fulgrim will be, angron has a chance if the emperor decided to take him back then remove the B-nails, no way kurze will become loyalist again (yeah, he regrets everything but he hates everyone)perturabo is same as kurze. lorgar, magnus and mortarion are too far gone.
@@aljrvh no way I'm gonna read that
@@aljrvh emperor is godly yeah he can fix the butcher's nails, making celestine a demon prince is easy for him so fixing angron is piece of cake
First purchase of the Merch Shop was the Singlet, and I’m excited for when it shows!! Thanks for the merch drop Major!!😂🥳🤩🤩
Lorgar fought Girlyman to a stalemate before Daemonhood. Not to mention he is probably the most gifted Pysker besides Magnus. I know you exaggerate for humor but there is probably a legitimate Argument for Lorgar.
I don’t even need to watch the whole video too know this is gonna be good
Honestly, if Magnus hadn't lost a lot of his shards and was actually whole, I fully believe he would be one of the strongest primarch
He'd be way more powerful than anyone. He once took on six Space Wolves dreadnoughts and won. He's been only defeated via hacks due to his many many weaknesses.
@@paimonisfood4986You mean he was defeated because ADB always prays on his downfall
Per usual, nicely done man.
Never thought id see a majorkill tierlist vid that placed Angron at the top. Oh how times change.
Morty does have an actual functional legion.
Really diggin the hair-do, Major! HOO-HA! 💪
Always good to see the lobotomized giant demon with anger issues and the smelliest primarch of them all get some love. Underrated as hell imo
He’s not really lobotomized, he just has constant brain hemorrhages and headaches
He can still think and talk
Love seeing Morty being appreciated!
@@Goblinhandler fair enough, although I'll maintain that the nails have overridden so much of what he was supposed to be that I have trouble seeing him otherwise
@@sl33pyhollow they took away most of his primarch abilities (although some seem to remain)
And most lore channels seem to think the WE hate Angron, when it’s just some of Terran born veterans that do
They love to overblow how bad he really was
Atleast MK backtracked and said Fulgrim was the worst
@@Goblinhandler that's what I'm saying. Angron has lost A LOT of his primarch abilities due to the damn nails. And even with that, he was still tough as hell and was one of the best when it came up to actual combat. However he's still brain fried
(really why I like the roboutian heresy, even if fan made it gives us a theory of how he could have been even greater)
I can only hope Perturabo looks as cool as he does in the illustration you used, the second one.
IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT
As someone who is slowly getting into Warhammer I appreciate all of these videos.
FULGRIM FOLDED EVERYONE, SO HE BETTER BE FIRST or 3rd
Can you do a video about the feast of Blades?
Nah just loyalist space marine plot armor
@@iTxip True, but both mortarion and angron did a lot more damage overall
The seeming mindlessness of Angron is also a strength, he doesn't hold back ever. The fact that he does not fear death - in fact he WANTS to die so he can finally know peace - is also a huge red flag that he is not to be messed with.
Luv the iron warriors hate the imperal fists
Majorkill i think we need a video on that workout routine.
I am convinced that when the emperor was looking for warp gods, he came upon Xochipilli, the Aztec God of Homosexual Prostitution, and he was just in a hurry, already did the other 19, and just said fuck it. How bad can it turn out.
That's how we got lorgar.
THIS IS THE VIDEO WE NEEEDED THANKS BRO
6:04 Scratching beard I hear
I think that Perty is like Corvus he has spent so much time in the warp that he’s been refined and has actualized his mental self
I like fulgrim the most of those 6! Love snakes and demons. Great combination and the best god
The only reason non primach space wolves beat magnus is plot armor and we all know it
Didn’t one space wolf use an axe powered by khorne himself or some shit? Haven’t read it so you can correct me
"Wanna see me comb my hair really fast?"
"Hoo, ha, hoo"
"Whooooa mama"
You're going to have to reassess this when Konrad comes back as a Drukhari Demon Flesh crafter.
A good video would be how cato sicarius whent from a meme to character development, mainly his severe PTSD.
Man I love listening to Majorkill videos that’ve stacked up over the week on my Wednesdays off.
Just doing house chores while listening to the absolute Chad Beast. ❤️💀🖤
Great humor, shave and breakdown. Begrudgingly, yea Angron beats Morty. Morty more useful though
Lmfao "Aids Ragu" is definitely a part of my vocabulary now, thank you for that one
I was thinking to buy Lawnmower 4.0 for some time now. With 20% off was a good time to get one. Thank Majorkill to have so great partnership.
I wanna see Fulgrim back in the mix. One of the only true Primarch killers, id love to see the EC get a line refresh and some time in the light.
Slaneesh and her ilk suffer from the same thing the lgbt+×÷% community. Their identity is far too dependent upon their method.
Loved the Video. Yous should do the Red Gobbo next!
Magnus also has to deal with the ever-present threat of Tzeentch fucking him over for a laugh mid-fight
Cool vid wondering this for a while
Honestly makes sense that the death guard is the most organized, for each chaos god they’re all focused on a fanatic obsession which throws them off, the pursuit of pleasure, knowledge or blood even to the point of killing your own ally’s, meanwhile nurgle asks you to spread his “gifts” which happen to be very useful for fucking shit up before fights even start and sure they’re fanatically in love with their god but that love could still take the form of safe/smart battle tactics
I love how many times G man has got the shit kicked out of him and keeps on going. Legend
Damn, last time I was this early Timmy was still a reoccurring character
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BRO!
Didn't you ask about this yesterday? Damn you make content quick, I'm jealous.
Top 5 easter eggs in 40k, like how mount rushmore still exists, soviet era gear was found in 40k that sort of thing
I think the Bravo hair is dope my guy
Lorgar would crush all the other traitors into a ball of 1mm with his telekinesis!
You got me good with that intro joke xD. Hi im just starting my way into 40K and ive been consuming your content more than chaos consumed baldie boi horus. Anyways love the content man!
I said "SHOOT ME IN THE SHOWER!" I haven't been doing sit-ups since 2012 to NOT cut a promo, wombutt naked!
Duuuuude! Peter Turbo looks siiiiiiiick in the thumbnail!
Johnny bravo… love it…. “Stand back mister, or I’ll have to use my karate on you…. Hu, cha!”
As a massive DG fan seeing Mortarion put in the top two does my heart good. The boy needs some love
I want some Majorkill branded 40k fan fiction.
