Toyotajeff in Raleigh jeff I need a 2020 Toyota 4Runner Limited -white exterior, redwood interior. But it is not available here in California ! Can you help me ?
For a top level trim reaching $45K, still has halogen headlights, still no blind spot monitoring, still no trajectory lines in the backup camera display.
I just want to let you know I really appreciate your detailed videos about all the different trims, models, etc. I will probably never buy from you since I'm on the west coast, but you've definitely reinforced my decision to purchase a new Toyota.
I probably should have gone for the 2020 Nightshade but I just couldn't wait to get one, so I got a 2019 Nightshade. I am I regretting it, eh.. But I am still happy with what I have 👍👍👍
Only problem is the power. Needs more like 290hp and 6 or 8 speed automatic and then I am in. The 4Runner is built like a tank. I have 2008 Tundra with 210K miles and still running strong. Go Toyota!!!!
My Torque News story I wrote compares the 2 as well www.torquenews.com/6626/comparing-2020-toyota-4runner-limited-vs-2019-limited-pick-your-winner ... it helps me if you click on it please!! :)
Just got 2019 Nightshade Limited after driving 2014 Limited. Like the new features on interior of 2020, But I’m not disappointed with my 2019. Would like blind spot on mirrors.
Fred Anderson is lucky to have a talented guy and inspiring sales professional working for them, I hope management appreciates all the time & effort you put into your You Tube Videos!
Thank you for this Toyotajeff! I have a few questions: 1. Can you down the rear window with the remote? 2. Is there any way to get the light colored cloth in the premium models instead of the softex? 3. Is the softex rugged and weather proof? I love cloth for that reason. 4. Do the rear seats recline? 5. If you don't get the third row, do the rear seats slide forward and back?
1, no 2, its real leather in the limited model, sr5 premium has softex 3, softex is pretty durable, much better than real leather in that matter 4, rear seats in those limited do recline a little bit but not much 5, rear seats go slide forward and back no matter there is 3rd row or not, but not too much, just for the leg room adjustment
@@user-tb7rn1il3q Thanks for the confirmation. they are great SUVs but it makes very little sense to me to buy that sort of vehicle without four wheel drive.
People who like 4Runners seem to balk at the new technology, but I think in 5 or 6 years its going to be harder to sell a used 4Runner without safety features which will be basic on all new cars. I'd rather have them than not have them. I'm team 2020.
Shawn Powell The 6th gen 4R will probably have rudimentary self driving when it arrives in 22? The 20 4R model will not steer like the RAV4 if you go out of your lane.
thanks for review no steering assistance in this Safety Sense package , to be honest everything is same Toyota added only 2 things , Safety Sense + In dash player ... and asking for $2500 more ..
Why did Toyota put that safety sense panel on the outside of the grill? This has been available for years in other cars and SUV's and everyone else hid this instead of making it an ornament. What happens to this sensor in the winter when snow and ice is built up on it? How accurate will this be or will it work at all? Love to see a video on on the SR5 premium because it is now very close to the limited without the inflated price. If you don't like all the chrome on the limited, the SR5 prem seems to be the best way to go.
Do you know if the off road premiums will have push button start? When building on the Toyota site its not available. Also will the 2020 come in XP packages soon?
I'm waiting for the 2020 TRD Off Road's to come in. Was going to get a TRD Premium but I do not want the push start or smart key, so I am going to get a regular TRD Off Road and I am thinking of getting KDSS. I looked at the 2019's but I did not like the head unit and knew they were going to update it and a few other things for the 2020 so that"s why I waited.
I take it Toyota doesn’t offer blind spot monitoring, even optionally? Big omission ! Also, does the adaptive cruise control allow for low speed follow, as in traffic jam stop and go scenarios?
A lot of Toyota RAV4 owners are complaining about the RAV4 performance. I visited the FB page and few of the members went to the dealer and reset or update the RAV's computer. Can some one please make a review of the updated software.
With all these upgrades, i doubt they will come out with a complete redesign in 2021 like what the rumors said😔😔, they may keep it for another 5 years with the current design🤪
Mark CQ -if you are actually going off road, the Acadia is not exactly there. The Acadia AT4 Looks really great and has an awesome interior, but not even close to as capable as the 4Runner TRD Off-road. I am trying to just be literal and not derogatory to either model. The personal side of the decision is always huge and primary when shopping. Good luck shopping!
Off topic,,, Toyota had very weird market strategy! In USA you got ( tundra sequia 4runner tacoma highlander and sienna ) while in my country we got ( LC70 series with 2 engines verities and LC200 with ( v6 and two v8 and one diesel with countless trim levels for LC200) and also got hilux , prado, fortuner, enova which is crappeist van ever and yeah we still have FJ cruiser) and sequia we have it for 10 years and now discontinued!!
Still no power lift gate, wish there was three ac vents like the highlander for better comfort , seats should be refreshed, steering changes should be made by adding features to it , tire width should be wider not like the bicycles coz the limited has those ,jbl speakers should be tuned for more speakers , and a major redesign, not like the boxy rav4 but almost the fortuner style and a decent mileage , then it’s a complete suv.. hope Toyota get this done for the future .😬👍🏻
regi mathew Power lift gate is a luxury feature anyway. Toyota don’t want 4 runner competing with the highlander and Lexus GX460 consumer niche. The goal is if you want all those luxury touches, you upgrade to a Lexus GX whilst still retaining the off-road capabilities.
Sidney Cutruzzula that feature you can get on the highlander. dudes who like arm workouts will like the 4 runner to help them burn few calories lifting it up and down manually.

The 2019 looks a little bigger from the front. Is it?
I am begging you to do the same video for 2019 vs 2020 Off Road Premiums!

Ahh still no LED or even bi-xenon lowbeam. come on Toyota
Toyota is allergic to LEDs
2021 is confirmed to have them- don't be surprised when the price bumps another $1000-$1500 though.

Hi Jeff, Do you sell a lot of rear wheel drive 4Runners? They don't even sell them in Canada.
They don’t sell 2Runners in most of the US either. The sell most 2Runners in southern CA, AZ, TX, FL, HI, PR, and GU.
@@user-tb7rn1il3q Thanks for the confirmation. they are great SUVs but it makes very little sense to me to buy that sort of vehicle without four wheel drive.
I'll take both. But I will go for the 2020. Reason why because of the Toyota Safety Sense P.

I sort of wish the exhaust pipe was behind the rear wheel (like the TRD exhaust), and the bumper wouldn't have had that cutout.
Do you know if the off road premiums will have push button start? When building on the Toyota site its not available. Also will the 2020 come in XP packages soon?
Hey Jeff... is there going to be a Limited Nightshade edition for 2020?
I’m almost positive yes
Can you sell vehicles to New York State residents? Or are there different emissions requirements?
I'm waiting for the 2020 TRD Off Road's to come in. Beautiful 4Runners, best SUV trucks on the market for the money.
Jeff I am in Charlotte. Now that 2020 is out.. what's the best price your dealership will sell 2019 Limited 4x4 in white or silver? Ready to buy!!
I take it Toyota doesn’t offer blind spot monitoring, even optionally? Big omission ! Also, does the adaptive cruise control allow for low speed follow, as in traffic jam stop and go scenarios?
TKPorsche ACC works above 25mph
Thank you Andrew.
If only the 2020 came in army green!!!! I need the 3rd seat!
Will connected services come on the TRD Pro?
Not 2 many changes! Am happy with my 2017 4runner

Does Limited edition have 3rd row?
No
Yes I have a 2020 limited w a 3rd row. But there's no air vents on the 3rd row.
I just purchased one on Friday and I can assure you it has a third row.

horrific headlights still... otherwise incredible ride
Can you buy a new Toyota truck without all them electronic toys on it?
Jeff, I gotta be honest with you, I wouldn’t buy either. Toyota reliability is going downhill and there prices are going uphill.
2015 for me nothing newer
