The very existence of the socialist government in the DPRK is beneficial to Americans, because this is the only legitimate reason for them to stay in South Korea as long as possible in order to keep China at gunpoint.
@@prodofine373 the official name in both languages would be 애국가 coming from chinese 愛國歌 which means "country love song" and even the words are the same "aegugka/aegukka" the songs are different, basically their anthem is just called national anthem.

South Korean's anthem used to be North Korea's anthem too. Only the lyrics were sang to the tune of Auld Lang Syne.
Well to be specific it was the 'provisional Korean government's anthem, not the north's. And then Korea split.
