- We cold start 2 800cc triple snowmobiles. A ski doo mach z 800 and polaris storm 800. These sleds are greasy! They sound amazing though and have an awesome 2 stroke sound! This was a true cold start with temps in the below zero F. We take them for a quick ride and rip to hear that sweet sound singing! Which one sounds better? Wanna see them race?

I don't know 😕 guys, got a '91 RXL and only 2 pulls. Every time. Bought it in '93 from my brother-in-law. Still have er. Love this sled. Brother-in-law has been buying a new sled every 2 years. Claims that sled he sold me was the best one he has ever owned. Wants it back 😕 badly! As far as triples go, the RXL has a sound all it's own! Triples rule!😊

That skidoo sounds good, but as far as triples go, the yamaha srx mnt 700 takes the cake
We have yet to get a Yamaha triple, I'm sure soon will have one! They seem like nice machines!

Hey there's my old Indy Storm!!! Whoo! I was waiting for you guys to finally post it! I see yall never changed my pullstart rig right to the motor lmaoooo. I love it. I learned a quick blip of Ether in the airbox fires it up every single time. Damn polarises

I had the exact same storm and 2 pulls mine started every times beat the shit out of it for 3 years and never gave me a problem.

I had a 98. Purple Form 600 triple...I did the motor up..28.thou off the head,,carbon vibe reeds,,opened the exhaust ports,,emptied the Air box,,gear up the gear box,,It wood take a dam good 700 Mach to catch it..I miss that sled,,also opened the muffler up.

Sweet video love the formula sounds sick. And If you let the storm sit and actually warm up it wouldn’t foul out on you , i let mine warm up for 10 mins before I even touch the throttle then another 5 doing lil throttle blips and she will run mint allday if i touch the throttle before it’s actually warm then it will run like yours untill I get new plugs.

The 670 i had had a primer and it was way easier to start once figuring out how much it wanted when cold lol i think if you add a primer to it youd be set but she does sound good.

Really wanted to show how many poles it takes I mean this one the choke probably isn't adjusted properly so that's why I took a lot more pulls
I'm surprised you can pull it over in that temperature. I've got a 99 thundercat that won't move unless I pull the plugs and do a few pulls first...maybe it's just me

Tht recoil needs fixed and a lot more my sled a 2002 and I bought it used and abused and I fixed everything but it still only takes 1-2 pulls cold or sitting for a year
Chokes on the storm aren't opening all the way I don't think. It's a cheap beater needs love for sure lol

My friend made a homemade tuned pipe for a yamaha bravo. Used and old pipe off a yz125. Complete with stinger it was the darndest, stupidest sounding sled ever. It did not add any performance value.
