Shame you didn't include the Dragoon's Musketoon. In the most recent update, they actually gave it a slight range buff. (edit: just remembered it isn't infantry. oh well)
Dragoon - horse = infantry
It IS possible for a Partisan to spawn with a Musketoon. So now that I think about it, skit 100% needs to make a follow-up short video on it
@@39rhinoyes, but still, partisan is basically Randomizer so, there’s a chance you get it or not. And dragoons commonly have it, cause it’s their main Weapon of choice (A LOT)
This was originally gonna be just a gun comparison but by the time I realized I forgot musketoon, it was too late to go back to filming. Hence, the infantry focus

the line muskets bayonet also attacks in 1 direction, making it very easy to control in melee and prevents you from hitting your team mates and nullifying the damage from your sword. light infantry's speed can throw off a enemy and can be used for faster paced engagements and flanking
But if there is an 1v1 even riflemans sword is better because he can just block and charge until he is close enough so that the bayonet cant hit him
@@MrBeanLaden I'm sorry block? Blocking never works if someone's constantly attacking, blocking simply delays damage so someone else can help you, atleast in my experience
@@Harsh-tf9he blocking always removes 100% of the damage you dumbo and you delay it until you are close enough so that the bayonet user cant hit you
Bayonet cant hit if its too close
@@MrBeanLaden you slow down when blocking meaning you can get out maneuvered, the guy holding the bayonet can just move back and charge down his attack meaning he will still hit you
of course, the best player would just swap to the sword since the distance between them would be closed, thus meaning the bayonet is useless and the sweeping attacks would be beneficial for out maneuvering
I think officers a really good suggestion for mobile player, as for its easy for them to move around whilst reloading and its good in close combat. Close combat is way better for mobile players cuz its harder too aim

In defense of the Officer, alongside the Sapper, is the best melee class, as he has a good melee along with a ranged weapon that is great for close-quaters. Even if your pistol doesn't kill an enemy, if it at least hits, then you've got an advantage against them in a melee fight.

As a certified officer enjoyer, you can’t forget about the accuracy buff officers give when you’re next to them. Stand next to a light infant and viola, you’ve just made a rifleman with 1/3rd the reload time. Not to mention pistol can help defend the guy you’re buffing and instakill if you aim for the head at most 15 yard distances
Fun fact: The reason the rifle has better range and accuracy is because it was the first weapon to have "rifling", which are spiral grooves inside of a gun's barrel. These grooves cause the bullet to spin, increasing accuracy vastly. You can actually see the rifling on the end of the rifle, which no other smoothbore (without rifling) weapon has.

former rifle player here, after the westphalia update, the rifleman basically went from an S tier to a B tier class. light infantry still having a 3 hit kill sword as well as having better range than the line infantry musket makes it my go-to class
light inf is insanely good i think its the 2nd best class, dragoons are the best class though, its buff literally made it so overpowered
dude, the nerf rifleman got was well beyond deserved. having the most accurate gun in game that can one shot in any distance, along with a 3 hit sword was an overkill, especially if you were a seasoned melee user, an adept or even intermediate players wouldnt stand a chance against a player like that.
even the freaking slow reload wasnt enough to balance that.

@@7swordsinc909 eh, rifles were meant to snipe from far places anyway, for me its still the best class, the gun makes it so much better to snipe someone above 125 yards, like its so satisfying to hit a headshot while the target is moving

I was first under the impression that the light musket was less accurate than the line musket because it is given to the skirmisher class, and also because of the slightly faster reload.

In the newest update that adds Spain, there is a map with a basement, and when fighting in this basement, the best gun by far is the pistol, seeing as you can move with it.
skit should've exclusively for the pistol had shot it up close, like really close because when you fire the pistol extremely close because obviously its a close ranged weapon it'll one hit, so just putting that out there.

The polish militia rifleman is the best class, they have the rifle ofc but they also have the handaxe, which makes this class absolutely busted, though the handaxe has a small hitbox gap, good players can counteract it, plus the hand axe 3 taps instead of 4 tapping like every other rifleman melee.
And the hand axe also shreds through buildings so there is that.
I used to be a rifleman main myself but I have trended more to use the Light Infantry as my new go to class for most types of battles in the game
Same, I used to be a rifleman main but I realised light infantry is extremely good for my play style. Now, I use rifleman if the map is massive

The rifle is just so good if you are defending and someone actually covers you, I've been in a match we're outnumbered with 4 Riflemen, 1 Music man, and 2 sappers. While the enemy literally outnumbers us with 12-13 men in the Battle of Iberian Harbour, at that time we would've been dead but luckily, when our team was charging and gets obliterated, the sappers managed to build some defenses on the hill. Now, since we have the high ground and cover, all we need to do is fire the rifle on our foes and our sappers will cover us.
Basically: Riflemen is just good if you have someone to cover you since all you got to defend yourself in a melee fight is a briquet.
To be honest, im a regular officer class user (in certain maps featuring buildings) and it does really well to quickly kill your enemies without any delay. Not to mention the close range advantage. And it is really handy to dodge the cavalry attacks and shoot them at the same time.

There is another reason why the light infantry is the better class, it's faster gun draw speed allows it to excel in quick draw duels.
Mind you, Light Infantry also gets a tiny speed boost that's a bit helpful for rollout.

ive always playes b&I in pc but it broke. now im.stuck on mobile and my god it sucks, the buttons are nice and theyre good, but aiming is painful, no shitt lock, i wish they added zoom alltogether for all gun classes, just to make it a tad easier to use

My main class is classic cav, light infantry, sapper, officer, line infantry, (i use line infantry sometimes)
Officer mains (including me) are lethal in every range based on your targets health, your aim and the guns accuracy. If you get lucky. You can kill a person 150 yards away with a pistol snipe. And you will have the best feeling of your life when you hit that snipe.
I'm pleased as a light infantry main
I remember when rifle was op and destroyed every thing with its rifle and sword but currently light musket deals more dpm (atleast i think so) and generally defeats rifle in most things except accuracy
Rifel deals the most damage in the whole game
The rifel is wayyyy better then the light musket but rifelmen have a bad sword so everyone plays light infantry (including me)

now i know accuracy and ect; but honestly how many maps are there that are PURELY open like grasslands or olper? not much while light musket can still deal damage from that distance it can also reload fast so its more reliable conuterpart against horses so even that tell that rifle is worse

@@gigachad8425 and the riflemen used to have a normal sword so they could also fend off cav like light inf. The riflemen was basically a improved version of light infantry and there was no reason to play light infantry but after riflemen got nerfed it gave the light infantry a lot more purpose
From my experience, it seems they buffed the pistol...or I just got good at it. I also think they made it so that line infantry bayonets 1 shot horses again if you prone, I am not sure however.
The rifle is basically a sniper man with no scope in the game

- reload SLIGHTLY slower than light
- just have LITTLE bad accuracy than light but better than pistol
- block slower and swing slower on bayonet

Mobile, quick reload, hit and run strategy while flanking. Its just that good, thats why I main it and get 2-4 kills on almost all maps with it
I thought bayonets could still one shot cavalry if you braced them. I remember it depended on how fast the horse is going. Same with stakes.
Line musket: 50 studs range and good for charging with bayonet. Light musket : faster speed little higher range then line musket. Riflemen: good for sniping slow reload tine has 125 range with headshot 80 range without headshot good for sniping

Light Infantry does have a draw back. On Russia you will get either a hand axe or knife which are not as effective as the sword, whilst on Austria you get a hand axe. I find it best to play Line Infantry when I'm on the Russian or Austrian team.
I find it best to play partisan whenever I'm Russian.

@filda fernandes Na, it does slightly more damage to players, and a lot more damage to buildings and horses, but I believe a slightly slower swing speed, and it's also a wonkier hitbox
@@fildafernandes4366 It does 5 more damage than a sabre/sword, 45 instead of 40, and also has a buff to breaking fortifications and doors. However, the main drawback is the smaller hitbox compared to the saber/sword, which generally makes it less reliable to connect to the target. Making the likely hood of you losing a fight go up.

Does anyone know why at super close ranges (where all shots from any firearm should be lethal) it's like the bullet disappears entirely and your enemy took 0 damage?
The bullet originates at the muzzle of the weapon; that’s how people can shoot through walls. If your enemy is inside of that origin point, then your bullet starts past them
@@SkitGaming You should do a video on Operation Overlord. Mentioning the player made factions would also be great as it could get a few more new members to join them. I am actually the leader of the 101st Airborne Division faction there.

Even though he included ranged Wepons, that wouldn’t include the musketoon on,
because the title of the video mentions “Infantry” in it. The Musketoon is a CAVLRY ranged Weapon commonly used by the dragoons of course and also a chance to get it if you’re a Partisan.
