It’s very difficult for those who start the career here on H1. One should be in managerial position. Certain number of employees should be reporting him/her. If they are on L1 A visa, they can apply for green card after one year into the country and they get green card within a year.
My neighbour completed his mba from iim ahmedabad he worked at facebook for 6 years then he interviewed for Goldman Sachs and got selected he recieved green card within 3 months opt for big companies they have a lot of power it's 2023 when he got his green card and I know, he will recieve citizenship after completing 5 years

Not as easy as you sound. This category is very much scrutinized and tons of documentation is required. Also, it is no longer one year as of this post. Not everyone qualifies for this.

Even for engineers this doesn't work. It's click bait. A few people in the past have gotten GCs but hackathon is only one TINY part of their application.
I think for doctors it's even more better because there is no saturation like engineers, you can get HB1 after residency and then apply for green card
