Only a fellow expat would have an Alcohol Stash that impressive looks like a couple of different runs to S@R hehehehehe that house was a great deal and exactly what I would go for if I was looking in that area.
I like the house tour videos, not just yours but in general. I think for most of us living in the West our housing is our biggest expense and like seeing what we can get for XXX a month. I think you should try to do a mix of cheap, then say 400 and 6/700. Just to kinda give us a good idea what's available in different budgets.

Its just external Bathroom, but if you refurbished it a bit and a little cleaning.. would be ok... I just find it amazing you can rent something.. and two bedroom for $143 dollars a month....

Because of your channel Im convinced to move to La Union:) And I see about 6 other expact channel from the Philippines. Personally I look for 1 BR 1 BTR and moving in about 6 month when my house in Denmark is sold. Cant wait to retire when looking at your "painful" life.
Lol... yeah.. it's pretty painful here. You should have seen my dinner cel made! ;-) its on community tab... That 2 bedroom is about a 20 min bikeride from my apt to there. maybe a 10 min drive. Its in the Barangay Lubing.

Would love to see more apartments and houses for rent. New subscriber here liking your content. Was thinking of Dumaguete/ Valencia area but am liking La Union area more and more. Plan to visit both areas before deciding where to settle/retire. What does the journey between Dumaguete and La Union entail? Trying to work out travel plans for next fall to permanently relocate to the Philippines. Thanks to you and your wife the videos 📹 .
Duma to here is going to be well.. at least a plane ticket.. and bus ride. Or ferry and bus rides... I've never been to Duma.. so hard for me to compare. I think the beaches are going to be more beautiful here.. plus.. waves if you like to surf. no surf in Duma. But diving south of Duma would be better .. maybe.. than here. I'll try and do more rentals.. the thing is.. they are swept up so quickly now.

Nice place Mark. Make It Happened Vlog was there i don't watch them all the time and not their subscriber. I just don't like watching rich people fleecing the Filipino people by watching their life. Your Channel is totally different you are Retired and worked so hard in America just like any other American Retirees who already contributed to the American economy or society by being a service man.
