PLEASE STAY AWAY from community associations... They are big ripoffs... Typically, you do not own the property or even the building. Basically, you're an apartment dweller.
Uncontrolled association costs... that never go away. These places are typically very difficult to sell and get out of too.

Prescott Vally sucks, it is all about growth, they packed up the pronghorn and sent them away and now want to make a 5 lane highway through the Dells. They want to be the biggest city in Northern Arizona. We have a HUGE water problem and questionable leadership. Developments are never-ending and we are starting to look like California. But they don't want you to know that.

It truly is sad to see how crowded Prescott valley and Prescott as well has gotten just within 12 years,Dewey and Humboldt have started getting crowded as well,the water issues are a bit of a scare I agree,seeing California, how it is currently,like a zombie apocalypse movie and how so many moved to AZ assuming there political choices had nothing to do with the destruction of California and AZ having skeptical leadership makes me wonder how long it'll be until AZ gets completely ruined like California is, hopefully that won't happen,I'd say our nationwide leadership is the biggest issue right now but anyway in states alone that's for sure how California died,alot of the newer community neighborhoods I've driven through are very tightly packed,it's just not Arizona if that makes any sense,the land can't continue to be destroyed for more crowded packed developments,the backyards are starting to look more like small walled in courts with fake grass, neighbors homes are too close but you couldn't chat with one in the back yard if you wanted to,it's very bizarre.
