Yeah then you have to figure who to hire to build your house, deal with all of the nightmare scenario's, drug out sub's, theft's people who cannot do what they promise, people who want to get paid to just show up, quality work is a joke. I had two bathroom remodeled 3 week job turned into a 9 month nightmare, and this was a reputable contractor who does high end jobs.
