Alhamdellah Allah Subhanahu' wa taala' guided me to wear my Hijab during the genocide of our brothers and sisters and I'm grateful that my Hijab is linked to Gaza hardest struggle, that's why I am wearing it with such pride and warmth which I would never ever have felt if I would have worn it in a different period of time. My plea to all my dear sisters,lean on Allah SWT , ask him to free the way for you and he will do so and your hijab will be your armor all over the world ❤

Brother Ali is undoubtedly an outstanding soul and scholar as he does not hide behind titles of Sheikh Mufti Imam etc rather he is a part of the ummah and not above with titles that only create distances with those wanting to learn the Deen. Imam Ali is truly leading by example. I love his true humbleness and care for others. Allah bless you Sheikh - please don’t change. 🤲🏻

this is one fascinating radiant lecture, thank you my dear Shaykh Ali for making everybody gleaming and illuminated with hope and possibility this truly deserves more than one listen it deserves a proper listen and that's saying something we have to make that change starting with ourselves because change process always starts with ourselves with that in mind, i’d like to share something, if i may ~ in the immortal words of the beloved Sheikh Abdurraheem Green, we don’t fear Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala enough, that’s the reality of it, we don’t fear Allah enough that was one of his beautiful piece of advice from his lectures some 13 years ago it was eye-opening advice at the time and has stuck with me ever since and also Hamza Andreas Tzortzis said it best when he said “words are vehicles to meaning and these emotional intelligent nuances that you have to unpack because as a Muslim at the end of the day we must be committed to the goodness and guidance and well being of all people” May we continue towards the path of righteousness even after Ramadan Shaykh Ali Ameen

Abud-Darda (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Shall I not inform you of the best of your actions which are the purest to your Rubb, which exalt you to the high ranks, which are more efficacious than spending gold and silver (in charity), and better for you than you should encounter your enemies whom you will smite their necks and they will smite your necks?" They said, "Certainly." He (ﷺ) said, "Remembrance of Allah the Exalted." عن أبي الدرداء، رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "ألا أنبئكم بخير أعمالكم، وأزكاها عند مليككم، وأرفعها في درجاتكم، وخير لكم من إنفاق الذهب والفضة وخير لكم من أن تلقوا عدوكم فتضربوا أعناقهم، ويضربوا أعناقكم؟" قالوا: بلى، قال: "ذكر الله تعالى". رواه الترمذي وقال الحاكم أبو عبد الله إسناده صحيح.
Every time you mentioned freedom I keep thinking of salaah. And paying back what is owed to Allah, how we oppress ourselves with not paying our dues in the prayer in fasting in doing what Allah commands us to do. When the Ulama always reminding us that the conditions coming down on our brothers/sisters is due to the actions that the rest of us are sending up. SubhanAllah it’s a painful thing to acknowledge, more painful is the unwillingness to change our conditions
La ilaha illallah 5:28 Only a millennium afterwards in the period of the Enlightenment, Jean-Jacques Rousseau would repeat these same words in his treatise “On the Social Contract”: where Rousseau mimicked the words of Umar RA (unknowingly or knowingly) by saying “Man is born free, but everywhere he is in chains” Subhannallah I had chills when I heard that narration
