Most of what I know and use in brewing comes from watching genus brewing on youtube. You guys are great!, convey great practical information and I don't know why more people don't watch your videos. This was a fantastic podcast for homebrewers just getting in the game who’ve read John Palmer and are confused by what they’re reading in forums or hearing on UA-cam. Keep up the great work fellas!
You guys should consider taking excerpts from these longer format videos and posting them as separate videos. I like watching these videos late at night but I always fall asleep before you get to the good parts. Lol
It could also help drive traffic to the channel and appeal to those who aren’t as into long format content.

Great show! Liked the long brew vs. short brew time conversation. I brew at 5,830 ft. Thoughts on needing a longer boil because our water boils at a lower temp??? Boils around 201 F.
