Why not just buy 3 grams of gold and put it in your own dirt.. because that's what the company is doing. They're selling people their tailings with a set amount of gold added in after the fact. This is almost stranger than the people who buy those yellow sand bricks shaped like gold bars for kids hoping they'll find a flake of gold worth $8 bucks.
Valid question. It's about the adventure of seeing what others have to offer mostly. Like a bag of Paydirt from Australia, or other places most people are just unable to visit to find their own. For me it's more about just have fun and finding interesting things, besides the gold also. This purely is for the hobby and fun, not to get rich from doing it.
