Bo was definitely the most consistent. But he had 2 underthrows so he’s gonna get all the hate. I’ve been watching every game for the last 2 years and he’s gonna be a game changer
Penix was the most consistent but Nix definitely had a good day. The arm strength is probably the reason he'll be taken later than he should be. But tbh it's a outdated metric, 90+% of throws in the NFL these days are within 15 yards and they were saying the same stuff about Tua. Accuracy and all the mental stuff (football IQ/poise/toughness/etc.) are way way more important
@@EB-bl6ccI’ve seen Bo last year throwing the ball 70 plus yards like it’s nothing I wouldn’t underestimate his arms strength he can definitely bomb it down field if he needs too

@@lionelreynaa great throw and then one he under threw, the other one the receiver slowed down, but probably still an overthrow. Keep in mind that he's probably never thrown to 95 percent of these guys if not none of them

About 10 teams out there desperately need a leader like Nix. I thought he was just a Small Ball guy, but he showed me that can make good passes to the entire field. His deep balls were surprisingly accurate. He may have played his way up into the 1st with this combine, maybe in the teens. I think he leapfrogged JJ McCarthy, who had a surprisingly shaky combine.

Oregon has consistantly over the years turned out really good QB's. That's where justin Herbert came from.

I'm a Washington Huskies fan and was very impressed with Bo. He is not as good of passer as Penix, but there's lots to like about him. He is a warrior! he can run when he needs to, he takes a hit, delivers throws consistently on target safely,. He makes really good decisions. Bo will do well wherever he goes.
Ehh.. I would argue that he’s every bit as good as Penix. Bo didn’t have 3 NFL receivers to throw to.
@@Whyflyfishingsucks Bo did not have as good of receivers, he also played in an offense that did not showcase his arm (like Washingtons offense did for Penix). Bo is good, but nothing he showed in his passing was on the elite level of Penix. If Bo is every bit as good as Penix, he must be saving those plays for the NFL.

He's 100% going to the broncos. I'll put money on it. Broncos will trade down to the mid 20s pick and still get him plus a second round pick and next years 3rd or 4th round
@@Dmanz.automedic I could see that, but outside the top 3 qbs, it's honestly hard to predict where the rest will go. Especially with Fields, Cousins, and Mayfield who have to figure out their spots. And some teams may choose to go OL in the first because of the quality of the OTs. Obviously I don't have access to much information, but it's still really hard to predict the draft

Fewer guys would show up then lol. Beggars can't be choosers. At least we get to watch them do some drills. To make it work, you have to make it mandatory to compete in all drills at the combine in order to qualify for the draft.

His placement looks mostly OK, but I don't think his arm has the zip. Also, any QB can look "poised" when he's playing against PAC-12 defenses that are barely any better than what you find in the Ivy League. Wouldn't rule out somebody reaching at the end of the 1st round, but he looks like a late 2nd rounder to me.

None of these guys are throwing like they're in a game. They're throwing like they're playing catch or just warming up. A lot of soft aimed passes. Throw some defenders out there and make them squeeze balls into tight windows.
