Will this Big Tex Brush Guard, built for a 08-10 Ford Super Duty, bolt on to a 99-2007 Super Duty?

I got a new (never installed) Go Industries Inc. Big Tex Brush Guard, worth $700 and made for a 2008-2010 Ford Super Duty, at an auction for $100. Can I get it to bolt on to my 2000 F-350 using the supplied brackets and hardware?
