Here’s the recipe which I typed out for y’all:
Best Blueberry Pie/Cobbler 🫐🥧
2-3 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 heaping tablespoonfuls of flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar (I used 1/2 a cup)
1 egg
2 premade pie crusts
Cane Sugar
Spread some flour on your counter top or workspace. Roll out one of the crusts to flatten and spread some more with your rolling pin. Put into the pan you’re using. Then pour in your blueberries and level them. Sprinkle your flour evenly across them. Then do the same with the sugar. Spread bits of butter evenly across the blueberries. Then repeat the same process with the other crust on the counter and then lay it gently and evenly across the whole pan. Crimp the edges inward and somewhat together with your fingers. Then use the egg you have mixed up a little and brush a good bit of it all over the crust top. Then use coarser cane sugar or just the regular sugar on top to give it a bit of shiny decoration. Cut some slits on whatever pattern you see fit across the top layer to allow air to escape while baking. Set the pie pan on top of a cookie sheet to catch excess if it leaks out. Bake at 350° for one hour. Allow to cool some and the inside will set making a lovely blueberry filling to dig into. Enjoy! 😊
