Just stumbled upon these chips the day before yestetday (brand new to keto) and it's said that if you blend up the cottage cheese to a smooth paste, they cook more evenly
@@LifePrepared I haven't been to the store to get cottage cheese yet, so I haven't tried making the chips. But when I saw them mentioned in a video, I searched a few other videos to see what others opinions were....and blending was mentioned a couple of times. (They also mentioned if you have a silicone baking sheet, that it was just as good as parchment paper, if not easier...and more cost effective. And if need be, cut the silicone sheet to fit your pan)
....and if making in the microwave, to keep the placement of your dollops to the outside perimeter of the baking sheet because anything placed in the center the microwave will cook faster and burn more readily if placed in the middle ( hope that made sense)

@1wascallywabbit I am going to do the blending next time and I think I have an extra silicone sheet.
