It's pretty, but I would want to get rid of the back porch and have more internal space as this seems more useful.
Love it. Who says this has to be built in a cold climate? Not me. W/D on a porch or clothes on a line outback. This would be mine if it were just me. Adorable little cottage. ❤

Beautiful. I love the idea of the two porches. I do miss living on my huge deck, and I would do a lot more if I was In Fla. But the reason I like the idea of the porches is that down the road they would very easily convert into another room if you felt like doing it. But for now, unless I needed it, I would keep the two porches. But it’s absolutely adorable.

I need more of a kitchen and what it’s shown here. A kitchenette is good for making a sandwich a sandwich, coffee or tea something like that but not a full meal. So that would be a dealbreaker for me. Other than that love the floorplan, gorgeous outside appearance.functional live in space.😊
If you used sliding glass doors with screens on the back porch you can have that added living space and enjoy the outdoors as well.
I’d definitely make some changes, starting in the kitchen ( needing more counter space to cook but overall, very nice!

Love this design , specially how he decorated the living room that is set in the middle of the porch, giving it a spacious look, also leaving the possibility to work with more space. Though I would like to add bedroom size could be bigger - though cannot compromise with the rear porch.
I like this actually. I have always wanted an indoor outdoor lifestyle. I love the breezes and fresh air. I would however expand just a tad the size of the indoor living room area for practical purposes. It’s beautiful. The only think I didn’t like and this is just personal taste but I don’t care for the big dark wall in the bedroom. The ceiling with all of the lights make it seem so big but the dark wall closes it in a bit.❤

Make the second bedroom the laundry, storage, guest space. Would be a lot easier! A Murphy bed and shelves for everything would be fabulous. As long as the person has the knowledge on organizing, this could be a pretty room.
It all depends on where exactly this home is located. Is it sunny year round? Perhaps then, the outdoor spaces make more sense. Being outside is so important to a healthy lifestyle, not to mention good for the soul. It actually appears quite spacious inside, with the open LR & kitchen. A tub would be very nice, I like a good bathroom, lol. Bedroom is cozy enough. I think a young single person or even an older senior, could be quite comfortable here. 🌷🌼

This home is only good where you don’t get snow. I’m not going outside in the winter to do my laundry when it’s below freezing and snowing. Don’t know about doing it if there is rain either. What is the square meters of actual indoor space? Looks like you lose at least 10 sqm to the porches if not more.
Such criticism in the comments! This is a quaint and lovely home. I personally love the outdoor living space, and the bedroom is cozy. Clearly, the criticism comes from those who don’t understand the purpose of tiny homes; they are more comfortable in the large, traditional house.

En France comme au Japon, les toilettes ne sont jamais dans la salle de bains.
C’ est séparé. Et je trouve que c’est hygiénique et pratique. De plus, pour l’ intimité de ce lieu, il faut un espace en dehors des pièces communes. Un Wc près de la cuisine ou de la salle à manger ou des chambres? Non. Si vous recevez de la visite, celle et /ou celui qui va aux toilettes peut y aller en toute discrétion. Pas de bruits et surtout pas d’ odeurs.

Great charm! I would prefer more storage space built in, such as kitchen cabinets to the ceiling. Porches are great but only where the weather is good all year long, otherwise the back porch should have an enclosure (big sliding doors/wall). Also, using such modern counters in the bathroom does not give storage space. Second bedroom should have a Murphy Bed (only singles and older couples would live here)

This is a perfect little design to put on my existing property just for a quaint little spacefor a lite brunch or afternoon tea withmy momma and sissy. I have to find where i can buy the blueprints

Totally love this house! I would make a couple of changes.. On the back porch I'd put a jenn air grill @ wet bar a against the inside wall. Then add a small hot tub,@ instead of table @ chairs, I'd build a pallet bed suspended from the ceiling by chains, cover with a double mattress @'tools of throw pillows.. Then drape lavishly worth mosquito netting @ last add a ceiling fan or two. Later on if it felt too exposed, it'd be very simple to add outside walls , but i love the feeling of being outdoors so much I'd want the walls to be smokey glass... The netting on the bed could be done in white or in several colors or shades of a color to give the illusion of sleeping in a cloud... a waterfall over in the corner and all would be well....

I think it is a lovely design but not much in the way of pantry space in the kitchen. I would put at 4:01 on the left hand side wall a think tall cupboard for food storage, I was going to suggest a smaller fridge but it would be awkward to put shelving above it. Perhaps a row of cupboards or shelving on the right hand side as that wall is blank. What might work is a rolling table/tray on casters in the middle of the kitchen floor for food preparation as the area that you have set aside is awkward in the corner, or putting some sort of metal cover completely over the gas hob so that the cook can prepare the food on the whole bench to the left of the fridge. If you did the former you can slightly move the dining room table closer in towards the lounge to make more room. At 5:47 the bedroom wardrobe is (I think) the sorts of doors that come out instead of slide. The area between the base of the bed and the wardrobe is pretty tight. I would have changed the doors to sliding. The size of the bedroom is fine, it is just a little squashed in that area. At 6:31 I am sure that is a wardrobe but I can't figure it out in that 2nd bedroom. However it is nice to see the area to the side for additional things like books. I like the long bench in the bathroom but probably would prefer to have had the front with doors so that people can put a lot of things in the cupboards below of a private nature that you don't want open to the public. 7:50 I don't think the lounge in that porch was necessary as you have a lot of seating inside and in the front of the place. I also would have had the whole thing enclosed considering you are utilizing the area as a laundry area. During winters people can put up lines and dry their clothes without the threat of rains. Because it is an electrical washing machine it is not safe to be out in the weather. Asthetically I am not a great lover of white everywhere and felt it needed pops of colour but it was a very design.
You sacrifice to too much living space to have the two big porches. As nice as a good porch is living space is even better! Hard hard no to the laundry room being outside! Hard hard no to sliding doors at every entry to the house. It needs some changes!
I love porches and patios. So they are living space. If you want more space to do laundry and live as you call it, then tiny houses are Not for you.

I love everything about this house EXCEPT...not enough space around the beds. Have. the bed shoved against the wall is a BIG NO for me. As for the washer dryer, a garage would do just fine. I just love sitting on the porch where I have my morning coffee everyday!

Gorgeous. I love the outdoor space, especially if it was in a luxurious setting as you've put it. It would be nice to have somewhere to put your shoes when you come in and overall more storage, including for dry goods in the kitchen. Also, a nook for a desk would be nice.
Thank goodness this is just AI, because it’s a hot mess, how would you get into the closets? Why wouldn’t you have a larger 2nd bedroom where the laundry/porch is and replace smaller bedroom with bathroom and put the laundry room in the original bathroom space. Obviously some Gen Z was having fun on their MacBook to create this. Make those changes and you might be able to sell this design.
I just don't get putting glass doors in all the rooms including the bathroom. There is a sense of privacy in the bathroom and the bedrooms.

Fast forward to 3.15 to stop spinning around the house, I too feel there is too much space given to the two porches, having more practical living space would be better. There is no oven in the kitchen, that sink is too tiny to wash pots and dishes in, also very little clothes storage in both bedrooms. Back to the drawing board dear friend a course in design may help. Things look nice, but it needs to be livable too.
It’s a nice layout/floor plan. BUT again no oven, no ventilation hood for cooktop, and food prep area goes next to sink not the other side of the stove. No closet in second bedroom. No storage space of any kind. I guess if you were an extreme minimalist’s it could work??🤔

There is no room to store any food staples at all, such as flour, sugar, spices, etc.. I have seen camper trailers with more kitchen storage space. This is cute, but impractical.
🤔A 690 sq ft home? Put a draining full roof over the decks, please. Patio furnishings aren’t cheap and summer suns will dry rot all including the pergola wood.

Space and a sink with cabinets right there for head banging. Move the sink to the window and take the counter top out to about 2” from the bedroom door. Most people in the US have queen or king sized beds in the master (or only) bedroom. This bedroom wouldn’t accommodate that and keep the bedside tables. If the 2nd bedroom has cabinets where the wood is, how would one access it with a bed shoved against them and if there are no storage areas in this room, you can have it. Where do the washer and dryer go? Outside? Heck NO!
