Interesting small block it's sitting on top of. I guess you scale the wall up to the sidewalk???
This is how I look at it. If I had a custom Tiny House on Wheels vs a custom built stationary home of similar square footage (yes, THOW’s can be 600 sq ft with lofts), I would take the THOW for several reasons. They slightly less $ to build. They are portable at a cost that is thousands less than selling a house. Taxes are less. Not much packing needed for a move. Durability and insulation are better in most cases. I prefer mobility. I seldom live in a home more than 5 years and it sure beats renting and moving.

The beds are too small for 2! why 2 sitting areas? use one of the spaces to enlarge one of the bedrooms for the couple.
I like the bathroom sink. The kitchen counter area is too small. The front door doesn’t even appear to be an actual doorway. It doesn’t appear like it can be secured. I need to feel safe wherever I am sleeping.
Needs to be a tad bit wider……
This house is not 690 sqft. It is only 460 sqft. Out door patios and decks are not part of the houses sqft.
Bonjour. Trés beau design extérieur. Mais pourquoi faire de si petites chambres et salon ??? Une grande terrasse avec vue sur la machine a laver n'est vraiment pas génial. Il aurait mieux fallu supprimer cette terrasse (il y en a déjà une devant) et agrandir le salon et une chambre. Fenêtres des chambres inaccessibles. Cuisine avec peu de place et de rangements. C'est dommage car la maison et sa disposition des chambres de chaque côté sont bien. Portes des chambres transparentes = peu d'intimité. Pièces petites vite remplies mais beau projet.
I think make this about 50 ft larger and you have a perfect small house for a single or couple over 50. And please move the bathroom door. Pet peeve is a bathroom connected to your eating/kitchen area.
that is the first thing i noticed, need to move the bathroom away from the dining and no dressing closet in the bedroom
