You’re supposed to unbolt the second exhaust mount lol it’s easier to take off when the muffler is off. 👍🏾
You should also be able to swap the rubber mounts, the one you still have from the other side

I have a 2011 GT tsi , will this work for that ?
Even if you cut it at the weld you can push more of the pipe into the backbox delete pipe
But the problem is the bracket mate, it wouldn't be anywhere near the rubber grommet
Because you cut off the extra bit on the main pipe the backbox delete pipe goes further back hence why it didnt go anywhere near the grommet, ive done one on my 157bhp one recently and its very similar and it was fine and it was also the same straight bracket.
But who cares now anyways🤷🏻♂️ sounds great and it works so 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@domenicostrano3056 dark side developments made me a custom back box delete, to be honest a decat pipe is way better, exhaust is alot more free flowing and you get some nice dsg farts in sports and also you gain 15-20bhp

No worries mate, the sound is perfect not to loud and not to quite it's just right, and nope not lost any power if anything I think gained some from weight reduction 😂 because the back box was so heavy
If you ever sell this let me know i bought a 2.0 tdi 2011 but im 17 so insurance might b too much. One of these shud be cheaper

Nope no soft limiter but is running a stage 1 remap

I done this to my car only to take 10kgs off if you drive sensibly you save a lot of fuel I get an extra 15miles out of mine good idea as nowadays fuel prices are crazy

I have the resonator and muffler deleted on mine but its a diesel init so it aint loud, gonna get a downpipe (dpf delete) give it some volume but itll puff smoke
