Most innocent women who face sexual harassment don't make use of laws to take action for fear of losing their job, backlash, etc. Its the crooked women who misuse these laws.
It's obvious bro if you make such laws which is clearly made in the favor on that gender they are going to misuse and that's what most of the women are doing there are exceptions but exception is highly minor in comparison with the major 😕

First of all, Netflix's inhouse rules are not 'law'. They are just code of conduct designed for the employees of that particular company. It is quite possible that the work environment necessitated these rules. Reading them without context will not help anyone. Secondly, if such a harassment suit did go to the court, it would outright be dismissed and if put through a trial, it would fail on grounds of lack of strong evidence.
You want to spread fear and manufacture hate, atleast use some logic. Your audience is smarter than you think.

Mam.., there are many women who suffers at the hand of men and then they escape to foreign countries.
Colleague had asked me out and even I liked the girl, but as any decision I made I spoke with my senior who was like elder brother. His advice was dating colleague comes at huge risk. If everything goes well you have a good relationship but if not, then at best you have a weird situation in work environment and at worst you can loose your job and be unemployable in IT industry. Think if risk is worth the reward.

I won't comment on Esha gupta twitting something in public taking someone's name with or without evidence is right or wrong because it invites legality there....BUT "ankho se rape mard kaise karte hai, you can ask that any random girl who lives a daily life in school, college, workplace". I am surprised how you don't know what this "ankho se rape means". Either you have never faced it in personal life or you are in denial mode just to suffice the profession you have opted for. Even men knows very very well what they do when they stare at a girl consciously, whether they accept it verbally or not. The feeling of disgust a woman goes through with that "STARE" only a woman knows it.

End of the day , mens rights is a Business for the guest . There might have been misuse of me too but you have to understand me too IS there becos there has been immemse misuse of power and position. I have and still experience uncomfortable situations at workplace due to comments from male colleagues , making judgements becos of they think they r better and due to competition and cannot respect that we are all there to do our jobs and what matters is that we deliver. Most of my make colleagues take several long breaks from work , gossip , and gang up if a woman is there trying to do a better job. They will not spare a chance to pull the person down. All this is being said from personal experience. I don't complain becos most likely I will be seen as a problem and be replaced becos if action is taken against such behaviors , it means all the men have to behave at work places , which is an inconvenience and takes away their freedom to have a boysclub!

Lets not forget that throughout history men have actually been eyeballing females, saying words that actually have double meaning for example "Kaddu katega sabme batega" also heard in older bollywood movies and men have been getting away with it, because there were no laws against it.
No matter how you sugarcoat it, these laws were created by one of the most learned people of this country and for a reason.

No one is debating if WOMEN need protection by law. It is very important of course and anyone in their sane mind wont ever question this. But the issue here is when these laws get used UNECESSARILY with an intent of hurting or defaming someone who has NOT committed the crime. Ask yourself ma'am what if someone accused your father/brother/partner in such a way just because they had some grudge over them ? Its understandable when women have been suffering, they want to take revenge but from whom and at what cost exactly ? The innocent ones are the one who suffer. Whereas the ones who actually harassed or did something bad get away because women did not have enough guts at that time to speak up against those morons. Instead who do they target to let out their pent up anger on ? The innocent ones out there. That's what all this discussion is about. What u experienced is called 'harassment' which has a law in India. The law doesn't even require u to provide evidence, u just have to call his name or show the police who he is.
So stop the victim crying, India has far strict pro-women laws than all Asian, Middle east or south american countries. Even some developed countries don't have such law
