very much like even in his youth by nirvana but it was the 90's and that was the sound. i'm just glad it lasted longer then a few years and we got some really good music out of it.
@ragingharlot13 Both grungy riffs which is more than likely what you're referring to. This song starts in C, teen spirit is in F, this riff consists of three chords, teen spirit is four chords, this is acoustic and teen spirit is electric, so.....the only thing similar is strumming....I'm going to go have a bowl of cereal.

And they were not THAT famous, because radio stations don't play much alternative music. This was their only concert here until now...

The intro is pretty much a variation of "even in his youth" by nirvana at least it sounds more like it opposed to smells like teen spirit
That crowd DOES suck. Jesus! Are they sick or dying? It's fucking MP and one of their best songs.
