Just seen them live in Missouri two weeks ago. This band is amazing live. They sound better than the album. Wave motion gun is another amazing jam by them. Of course opium too.

Marcy playground/Harvey danger were the twin one hit wonder bands who always seemed way too smart for crowds like this. I mean that as a compliment.

Why are so many people talking about Nirvana when it's Marcy playground. Maybe they where inspired by Nirvana's work, but the fact remains that their songs are very different from those of Nirvana. And also I think all their songs should have as much popularity as "Sex and Candy".

i guess MP has a STRONG cult following. I love em. Nobody else seems to know who they are. They actually kinda suck here. Emotionless. Poor playing..eh they were probably loaded.
