I literally just relapsed yesterday from my 21 day streak. The problem with mine was I decided to quit video games suddenly. So finishing chores, work and exercising, my life felt empty
The trigger is real. I relapsed on day 133 and yes you can get very cocky making it that far and so the fall is coming. I fell into a depression and being in lockdown didn't help. I hope to make it back to 133 days but it was a learning experience and I feel stronger without the ego. Guys this is going to be one of the most challenging goals you might have ever attempted. Reach out and keep going. My next goal is going a full year and beyond.
I am trying to do the No Fap for the 3th time but every time when I get to day 15 I come back to this and I didn't know what to do. I was about to give up from the No Fap because this was the longest I can handle but this video explained the principles very well and gave some really good tips, I really hope I won't do it again. I'm on day 13 now...after a 4 month relapse...I want this life...so I'm committed again...I'll do it better this time...the idea of pmo makes me ill... I'm releasing the pain I used pmo to hide from...I realize my urge to pmo is a cover for loneliness a d sadness...rarely am I honey so it's not that...I have a negative memory or feeling then out of nowhere lust thoughts are in my mind...then I feel urges and go to pmo...that is my cycle... I see it...and I can deal with it in a healthy way...thanks Scandinavian Bob for the priceless help.

If you're genetically predisposed for hair loss then no amount of nofap will help. Now it's another thing if fap*ing to excess can cause hair loss, and there are no real studies done on that. However, there are many anecdotal stories with guys telling how doing nofap made their hair thicker, so all you can do is try it out and hope for the best.
For me that void feeling is happening around days 70-80. That depressed like state is torturous. Libido is null, yet my brain craves stimulation like hell
Relapsed on Day 22 💔 I did 6km running, workout at gym, meditated, took Cold shower My depression led me to Relapse But I won't give up !! Day 2 today I think I should find some other ways to feed myself Dopamine, like Eating favorite Fast food in moderation or A smile from Girl will also do work

If I’m on day 90 and relapsed well I loss all my energy and nervousness? I doing it because I’m nervous around females, Nervous when presenting school projects. Nervous around peoples that I don’t know. I’m not very brave, always doubt myself. I hope nofap help me get rid of it.
If you lost all your energy, don't you think you would notice that? And then if you noticed it, you would not have to ask. Just keep going. Raise again. You can do this.
Void relapses crush me. At least the other one I have the mental fight in me still. With void it feels like I don’t even know what it is I’m fighting for so no point.
I relapse couple a days ago. But now i have new tactic. I want to try to last a whole month without using computers and phones. This will reduce the chance of relapse and I will also have a lot more time to improve myself and at same time i fight habit of playing video games too much. I will update at the end of next month if you want to know how i felt living without any form of modern technology.

I am going to break this in three parts. advantages, disadvantages and my opinion Advantages: First thing days feel twice as long, I become a lot more patient, I didn't stress at all, you start to appreciate little things because you have time to do it, i worked out 4 day a week and play football or go hicking or do something whit freands every day, you start to learn things out of boredom.(how to use power tools, something about history, some fun things you heard etc. Its all because you have a lot less informations every day and you have time to think about that) Disadvantages: My opinion: I recommend to everyone to try this, especially if you are doing no fap its two times easier to hold yourself back from faping, i manage to last 26 day without technology and i was kinda forced to start using it because i needed to start taking online tests for driving licence. Over all I had a much more fulfilled life. Sorry if its too long or if i had grammatically incorrect sentences. If someone want to ask me something fell free. And once again thanks you Bob for your content you are really helping us out.

Keep going...you can still get dopamine from other stuff like, physical exercise, healthy food, even small amounts of computer games and watching youtube...that's all good, but stay away from online adult entertainment....You'r doing well! Keep going!

And the worst part is i can only blame myself for it...I could go for 2 years after i deleted social media, but i somehow decided to go back on Facebook and Instagram...Little did I know it was all downhill from there. I never should have gone back on social media, the reason I deleted my accounts in the first place was that social media almost destroyed my life. The same causes have the same consequences.
