I see hondos in boot barn/cavenders and online so mabey they changed it in the last few years. But this is a nice option for finding your size.
I like the heel height of these and the pronounced spur ridge. You know I love me some rough out!!! The pull tabs are very unique with the dual leather touch. They definitely get the Nobleman's stamp of approval too!!! Great video brother!!! 💥👌🏾💥

Like the shafts and the toe since it's not so wide like most wide square toes. Don't care much for rough out as I've gone through quite a few pair of rough out cowboy work boots and the rough out leather gets pretty dirty and stained and starts looking bad quickly. But, I will be looking at Hondo to see what they have in smooth leather vamps. Thanks for another fine review.

Nice review. You got me interested in Hondo boots and they have some really good looking ones on their website. However, I was only able to find two websites selling them and one says the Hondo's policy is no returns or refunds for any reason, including size. That will stop me from ordering a pair. With the first pair of boots I bought, it took me 3 or 4 tries (in a store - with supposedly the same size) to get a pair to fit me properly.
What sites are you referring to about the return policy? Let me know and I will certainly help point you in the right direction. These are outstanding boots!
Sizing can be an issue i agree. I did a video on that. Even within the same brand it can be hard. Ive experienced it many times.

"NOTE: These stock boots are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE FOR ANY REASON (e.g. wrong size), so please make your purchases carefully."
Another site is diamondwesternwear.com. Select Brands / Hondo Boots and select any boot. Scroll to the bottom and note the: Important Note.
Here you have to take an additional step and it would be easy to miss, especially if you pick a boot that doesn't have the "Click Here" (I did find one without the link). Click the link and at the bottom of that page you will read this:
"When ordering any Hondo Boots, please be sure of your size and width. Base your size and width, on what you might wear, when wearing a pair of exsisting work boots or cowboy boots you may already own. Hondo Boots will not exchange for any wrong size you ordered.
Hondo Boots is responsible for any factory defects only, and will exchange for that exact same size, and style only.
So it is VERY important that you are sure of what your size and width is, before ordering."
Hey buddy. Im sorry about that. I am not familiar with those sites but I can recommend NRS World. I checked their site and they take returns and exchanges. Amazon does as well.

Nice review. I have a couple of pair of Hondos and I like them. I thought.. but not sure... that "Volcano" had to do with the stitch pattern I could be wrong. I have a pair of the buckaroo style with Navy Blue Volcano shafts. They are a nice boot.
Volcano has nothing to do with the stitch pattern. I did not mean to infer that. Volcano refers to the finish that is used on the shaft leather. Im sorry if I caused any confusion. Thank you for watchjng!

Because they are channel welt, they fit a little more snug than some other brands. Thsnks for watching
