I LOVE cowboy boots and wear them often. However I feel that I would be too much of a poser if I wore the hat. I used to teach at the #1 rodeo school in the country. Real cowboys. Ball hats are ugly. If I really need my face protected from the sun I would war the hat.

What is the price on these

Well, 4 years later and I just now watched your video on these Alpha Western Wear boots. I saw an ad on FB for them, and I thought they looked pretty badass. Shoot, I was gonna just go ahead and order 2 or 3 pairs cause they seemed to be legit on the website. But dammit man, I'm glad I did some more research on them. Hell, I pulled up the rating the currently have, as of December 2024, and it's a shit show of 1.6 stars out of 5. Just about every review I saw said they either sent the wrong size(even different sizes that were printed on the box and literally printed inside the boot), they were so thin that they wore holes in them within 6 months of purchase, the paint starts coming off of the bottom, the stitching comes loose within a few months, water seeps into the boot if you get water on the boots, and so much more. Hell, and from the time you made this video and now, the price has went up to $150 a pair. I mean, I could understand if a couple people were complaining about minor things, here and there. But for 95% of people to complain that they are straight up trash, they have to be absolute shit. So, from what I have gathered about the quality and over all durability of these boots, I definitely will not be buying any. It sucks cause I they looked pretty damn amazing from the pics. But, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how fancy you try to make a turd look. It's still always gonna be a piece of shit. 🫤

Yeah the aggro point at the camera out of the gate is actually a little off-putting. Great videos tho, only meant to be constructive, ive seen two of your videos and both times it honestly felt like a f-you. If it was from more of a distance it wouldnt feel that way but your finger right in the face, i dunno. Great content tho and i have the boots in brown thinking about the black. Really appreciate the way you did the broken in vs new comparo on the same model. My browns are still breaking in but they are my most comfortable boots from the moment I put them on over Tony Lama, Double H, and Tecovas.

I wear a 9.5EE in Ariats, and I always put a very thin therapeutic insole right under the ones it comes with. 9.5-D is too small width wise. 10-EE is gigantic. 10-D is big too so I can't really insole my way to making them fit, the toe box ends up being really long for me, creases right at my toe nail, and will make it ingrown so thats no bueno. The 9.5EE is basically perfect except when I step theres a little more gap between the sole of the boot and the bottom then their should be so hence the extra insole. It's really important to know your size from brand to brand. I pretty much only wear ariats cause they treat me right for work, however I have tried other pairs on and found they're all differnent in their own way. I would lean more to getting the ones that fit you width and length wise and try to go from there. Even though the brands wont say it the wide boots are just a smidge longer so even if the width is good on a regular nine but your toes are a little cramped you can try a wide from there and it might get rid of that. If it's tight on the top of your foot get it steam stretched. That's just my opinion anyway. Very good video to anyone who's just bought their first pair and is confused on why none of the boots they try on will fit quite right.

Just got my first hat this past weekend and it's been odd with the looks and etc. But I just tip it to whoever and rock it my way. Loving it so far, especially in this South FL heat.

I'm a lady who's required to protect myself from the sun, I was never a hat person before almost 3yrs ago , I was temporarily homeless and was literally sleeping in a ditch, and had to panhandle just to make ends meet. During That time I spent a week in the hospital with almost 3rd degree sunburns and other critical health issues due to the Sun exposure. I was told that by medical personnel that I cannot be uncovered out in the sun and I have to wear long sleeves and make sure I am covered. As you said the hat being messed up by hat racks was a major thing to me Thank you for letting us know that there is something else we can use to help with this ❤❤❤❤

im 27 and in the UK. still too nervous to wear mine out in public since I am a nervous person anyways. But I love my hat. I love the western america era fashion and love cowboy movies like clint eastwood and john wayne etc. its a style I really wish would come back and more people wear because its honestly smart and practical.
