Cabin air filter is behind glove box Also C.L.R. Can be used don’t Soak too long and flush with low pressure I have a 2011 and heat is warm on passenger cool on driver Gonna check blend door actuator
What fixed yours??? I have the same issue. I've done everything but control panel and heater core. I've replaced the Blendoor, thermostat and water pump. After water pump the heat was a little bit better. But still 5 degress diff. and not full on hot either (not dual temps). But does work sometimes really well if I mess with knobs
We didn't do anything too extreme, we just found a hill to where the highest point in the cooling system was the fill neck. Didn't want to get too extreme because I didn't want all the oil sitting in the back of the engine. But we filled it up and just parked it on a hill and let it run and it kind of burped itself. It won't work every time but it worked this time. It burped and we topped it off and we're still driving the car.
So we went on Amazon and ordered one, they sent us the wrong one so we sent it back and the money was refunded and then before I could get a new one ordered, red spent the money buying a gift for a baby shower. She has since not ordered a new one yet. But we did finagle with it and get it to work decent enough. The child however has not appreciated his baby shower gift. I mean seriously, who doesn't want a new set of tires?
No, we actually purged it. The problem lies in the control panel. It was a common problem on those and if I shake it a particular way it does all sorts of weird things. We got it to blow really hot but we had to play with the control panel quite a bit. We just sit there and shake the knob till it works

Could you explain the incline and “burping” a little more? Do you just sit on an incline and let it run for a little while?

Did replacement of control panel work?

@@truckerdaveandred6731 🤣🤣
Heater core is easy to flush. Probably just air in the system.
It turned out to be the climate control box on the dash. Those are notorious for going out and doing all sorts of weird things
@@truckerdaveandred6731you mean the electronic panel of control knobs or the actual air handling/ blending box?
👍
Dude there is air in the system.
