This strawberry ripple ice cream so reminds me of the raspberry ripple ice cream I had ,'back in the day'.😊 Love this no churn method and the great tip of leaving in the refrigerator before serving. Thank you Katrina ❤
Have you ever made an ice cream cake Katrina? Growing up we often had a shop bought, raspberry ripple ice cream wrapped in a 'blanket'😅. It was a swiss roll with the raspberry ripple in the middle. So yum. ❤
No not had that Kathy. It sounds like an artic role which you can buy here . I might give one of them a go on the channel. Have you every had Baked Alaska? It's a light sponge with fruit (we use a tin of fruit cocktail) covered in ice cream and meringue covering the ice cream. Then is put in the oven for the meringue to bake a little. This was a popular dessert at weddings here in the 80's it's very nice too. Might have to make that one too x

I've made this icecream but with sweetner it's not as creamy & sets rock hard but it's ok when you can't have sugar .Yours looks better tho x
