    I never leave comments on UA-cam but this video almost brought me to tears because you vocalized exactly how I've been feeling lately with my ADHD and my anxiety. Thank you for this video, you are not alone in this. This prompted me to make my own schedule for tomorrow, so thank you for that. ❤ Sometimes it really feels like my brain is eating away at itself and this made everything feel a bit more manageable and tolerable.     When you said that you don’t have a job and are a bit of a “loser” … lol totally have related to that notion, fact is though… the fact you are conscious enough to understand circadian rhythm and matched the mental realms enough to gather extremely benefits concepts means you are at the ‘top of the food chain’ …. And not a loser whatsoever ❤

      Okay I was being a lil optimistic when I wrote the schedule LOL. I haven't mastered the bed at 9 yet and the odd time I get there these days, it's usually just toss and turn for hours. I get you with the late night groceries. I used to do the 10pm (when the store was open that late, it was so nice to avoid the crowds) grocery runs because of the anxiety and when my schedule was late nights, highly influenced by my night owl partner. Now I try and do early morning weekday groceries when there are also no crowds. Me, having no job, I have extreme luxury to be able to do so.

      NOT ME STILL ON MY PHONE PAST MIDNIGHT😅 I missed the gym this morning cause I slept in and then I needed to get the editing done. Didn’t end up at the gym till 8:30pm and now here we are CAUSE WIND DOWN SO DID NOT HAPPEN AT 8😑
