It might have been the saddest shit I've ever heard him say... He's so insecure it's unbelievable - one of the reasons he's he'll never get that respect he's so desperate for.
@@skap_attack When Lebum wins he's the reason his team won, when the SUPERTEAM loses it's collectively his teammates, coaches, and the front office's fault. There was never a debate for Lebroom to surpass MJ. 😂😂😂
You forgot to mention how MJ managed to sweep the Pistons. Not running from the grind and taking his talents to the western conference, but going to the gym and adding 15 pounds of muscle in a single summer to withstand the beating. Now thats my GOAT, not the soft little boy LeBum.
Inb4 someone makes excuses that the pistons got old thats why they got beat. Pistons aint even top 10 of the oldest team to win a championship. 98 bulls manage to win and they were the oldest along with 97 and 96 which are #4 and #6 respectively. Also key players to that pistons team were under 30 and in their prime especially Thomas, Rodman and Dumars. The only "old" key player was Laimbeer who was 33. COmpare to 98 bulls, MJ was 34, Pip 32, Rodman 36, Harper 34 and even Kerr was 32.
A huge portion of LeBron's legacy is based on him playing in the weakest conference during one of the most lop-sided stretches in NBA history where one conference was considerably stronger than the other. Jordan actually went through the more difficult conference in his career.
Don’t forget that he also joined and needed to team up with Wade and Bosh just to win too. MJ definitely had a tougher path and Kobe spent 20 years in that tough Western conference and made it out with rings.
08-09 was the only time east was the better conf when lbj played for cle and miami while during mj's time with the bulls years 84-89, 1993 and 96-98 a total of 10 seasons east was the better conf.
In Jordan's era the east was better up until 1992. As neither the Celtics nor the Pistons were title contenders anymore while teams like the Suns, Trailblazers, Rockets, Jazz, Supersonics, and even the Spurs started to dominate the NBA, alongside the Bulls. But it didn't matter as the Bulls defeated them in the finals. But the difference was made clear in Lebron's era as he was cruising past the east while losing in 6 or less games in the finals by the Spurs, Macs, and Warriors, and even missing on the playoffs or not making it out of the conference when he moved to the west.
I just pointed this out to somebody else. From 2003-2018, when Lebron was in the East: The East had 38 teams with 50 wins or more and 15 teams with 20 wins or fewer. The West had 72 teams with 50 wins or more and 8 teams with 20 wins or fewer. It's not even close.
Damn Skap...if you continue to spit facts like this, they might put a warrant out for your arrest. It's almost criminal to be this good at what you do 👍🏽.

@@jordansoviet23bron def ain’t my goat but the finals losses argument is just brain dead. How’s it worse to make it to the finals than to lose in the 1st or 2nd round. Never made sense to me
@@TheZachAttackG I with you that it definitely doesn’t hurt Stockton and Malone losing to THE GOAT, especially when they took one of the best teams ever who swept everyone else to 6 games. But, LeBron was gifted so many chances in a pathetic eastern conference, as Skap detailed wonderfully in the difficulty of opponents, that those finals were his only real series and he choked most of them. He was playing 40 win teams while Jordan played 60 win teams
It is crazy how many legends this guy kept from getting a ring. Lol, how do you dominate a sport for a whole decade essentially? Also, retiring and coming back to three peat again sounds like some scripted movie scene to describe an unstoppable villain.
Karl Malone Charles Barkley Patrick Ewing John Stockton Reggie Miller Clyde Drexler Magic Johnson when going up against MJ none of these guys won. Infact Karl Malone an Patrick Ewing resumes would be way better if Jordan parents never met. Karl Malone would have like 5 scoring titles an 2 more mvps an Ewings Knicks would've came out the East more. Lebronze prevents nothing.

The one thing you can cover is the stats of games during Lebron's 07 run to the finals. There were several times players on that cavs team outplayed Lebron especially in that Detroit series. Its why the media only talks about game 5. But not the game that really mattered, which was game 6. I just find it funny how his fans call his teammates bums, when those bum teammates outplayed Lebron several times including shutting Duncan down to his worse playoff performance of the year. Those Cavs wouldn't have gotten swept had Lebron played like he did in the regular season or at least play like an all time great
That 07 Cavs team was filled with solid veterans who might not be All-Stars, but they provided good leadership and outstanding effort. That Cavs team ranked 2nd in defense and 3rd in offense for the entire playoffs in 07, no other team in the eastern conference ranked in the top 5, and you don’t get top 3 in both of those categories because of 1 player, it’s a team effort there. LeBron played great in spots in those playoffs, but he also shot 42% from the field and 28% from 3 for the playoffs, he was good but nothing special.
@@jacobtaylor508 LeBron fans logic is if a player isn't an all star or hall of famer than he is a bum. And they say that because they don't watch the games. Like just because a player avg 10ppg as the third or 4th option on a team don't make him a bum. It is what it is.
One player completely dominated the league...twice. The other literally called his friend and said we need to make a super team because Kobe is winning too much! That says it all. Skap on point as always with the analysis to drive the point home with stats and narrative.
MJ's career is just incredible, it's an absolute example of hard work, and perseverance, and success. This video is so unbelievably true, it clearly proves that Lebron is the fakest player I have ever seen, with this f****** debate totally fabricated by the media. Lebron has never been at MJ's level at any point in his career. I love these videos!!!🏀😊😉👌💯Thanks!
but nearly every statistical indicator says different, other than number of championships. FAKE player with the most points in NBA history. top 5 in Assists (think about that, Michael not even in the top 30 of assists. If leBron were as selfish shooting as Michael was....the points record would never be broken)
@@jeremycrowley8628 Yet Jordan is third all-time (Drexler, DWade) in apg among pure SG's. Remind me again, what is the position called that MJ played his whole career? Oh, snap, it has the word SHOOTING right in its title, thus implying that he's supposed to, ya' know, SHOOT. This doesn't make him selfish (especially when he's routinely above 50% FG) it just makes him a guy that is _correctly_ playing his position.
Interesting side fact: LeBron's teams were the only teams that got swept by that opponent in 2007 (Spurs), 2018 (Warriors) and 2020 (Nuggets). Every other team got at least one win against those teams, some even pushed it to 7 games. But of cooourse that 2018 Warriors was "absolutely invincible". :D
Skap does it again, another goated video. I refuse to believe anyone that watched Michael play thinks LeBron is better, it's legitimately kind of appalling to me.
ive heard ppl who saw mike play debate it but the only argument they use is that they think lebron is "physically better" even though mike was tougher, faster, quicker & jumped higher 💀
Yeah, if people that watched MJ play think Lebron is better, they don't know stats, don't know defense, don't care about winning, and just like watching LeChoke be the turnover GOAT.

Great video! Bringing the facts. The first thought was, how can we slow down Jordan and it usually didn't work. That dude was feared like nobody else! His bag was so insane, you just prayed he was off that night. Unfortunately for LeBron, the longer he plays, sinks his legacy. Rigbt after winning the title with the Lakers, he should have stopped. Missed the playoffs the next season. Squeaked in the season after. Might miss the playoffs this year AND won an in season tournament, a really bad look. How can you say winning an in season tournament and missing the actual playoffs to possibly win an ACTUAL championship looks? The Lakers have fallen off a cliff and they let one guy do it to them.
Lebron is my favorite player since I was a kid. I’m 23 now. But I learned the most for my game from watching full MJ, Kobe, Bird games during summertimes. My GOAT Jordan didn’t lose 3 straight from 90-98, possibly the most statistically impossible feat, and Lebron loses 4 straight lol.
We need more LBJ fans watching you and seeing the unbiased, unfiltered truth. We also need a debate set up with you against, Shannon, Nick or any of the rest of the cult of James deciples so you can spit facts on air and watch them scramble to come up with a good rebuttal, but Even confronted with truth, I'm sure they would still pull some garbage takes out of their asses and feel like they owned the interview.
What I love is when LBJ fans say “he won on three different teams!” 😂 Like that is meant to mean something? 😂 winning is winning! It’s already hard to win as it is, so what these idiots are saying is LBJ just wants to make it harder to win for the fun of it so he can have a losing record 😂 Fact is, he left because it’s easier to motivate new blood than existing players, it’s called the “honeymoon phase”.
Exactly. Him winning on three different teams makes his winning easier. Especially factoring in the lack of competition in the eastern conference he played in for 16 or 17 of his years. Funny how 9 or his 10 finals appearances came when he was there...
Yeah, it means he was the common denominator on all his rings. Winning with 3 different rosters, coaches and systems is objectively harder than winning with the same roster.

Lebron is the biggest fraud. Not even a top 10 player of all time. He can’t shoot free throws (never shot at least 80% from free throw in 20 years), a poor mid range shooter, below average 3 shooter, bad defender, no post game, chokes in big games. And he colludes to stack his team and keep players off rival teams. Look at the Klutch NBA clients list. Almost every player on that list has been traded to a Lebron team on an uneven trade or a below market free agent deal. And they have kept players off rival teams. For example, Marcus Morris wasn’t even informed the Clippers offered him a deal. He has to sign to the Knicks then get traded back to the Clippers after he dropped Klutch management. Klutch sports should be banned from the NBA for all the illegal stuff they do. It’s clear collusion to boost Lebrons weak legacy.
I've just found this channel through TicketTV... This has to be the most complete and thorough video that I've seen comparing these two. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT video... This is a mic drop, discussion closed, FOREVER.....
The way the media mad his fans turnt on Kevin Love and pretend that man was a srub like every other teammate he has brings a tear to my eye. They never take into a into account how he was turned into a spot up shooter and that wasnt his game you have to change your game to play with Lebron. His GOAT case falls apart when you push aside the media agendas and look at the objective facts.
A video breakdown of how the nba now counts assist needs to be made. We always here that crap about LeBron makes teammates better just because of the amount of assists he gets. But the nba counts what a assist is vastly different than Jordan's times. In today's game guys can make a basketball move, do whatever and it still will count as a assist because he had received a pass. In Jordan's time for it to count as a assist the pass had to lead to a direct bucket. Obviously the nba changed it just to improve guys stats. There's no other reason to change that. How many more assist would Jordan have with today's standards?
I think the latter you said was actually being a rule in 1960s for assist scoring. In 1980s they allow a player to dribble the ball just 1 time before he shoots off a pass for an assist.
You forgot to mention how Lebron has 5 major weaknesses as a guy claiming to be the GOAT! 1. Terrible Free Throw shooter: 73% for his career compare to MJ Solid 83%. There has been many instances in many games across his career showing Lebron being passive during late games because he's afraid to go to the line, knowing full well he can't shoot for shit. Flipping a coin isn't much different from Lebron shooting free throws. 2. Terrible Overall Shooting: Lebron shoots 37% from beyond 3 feet meaning if we dont count dunks, Layups and putbacks. Lebron's FG percentages have been heavily inflated by the fact the NBA has 3 sec violations and its easier to get to the rims nowadays. Lebron shoots 35% from beyond 3 feet in the playoffs😂 Seriously, Lebron is terrible at shooting midranges and 3s. 3. Lebron is an inconsistent defender: Lebron has been a defensive liability since 2018. Lebron fans excused his defense for his offensive output but MJ never slept on defense so he can "focus" on his offense! Lebron's defensive winshares have also been inflated by the fact that he played less games and minutes per season compared to MJ. Lebron had a couple of Elite level seasons defensively, but his defense has been blown out of proportions by his fans and overexaggerated just like his ability to "guard 1-5". 4. Lebron is not Clutch: Lebron fans count only buzz beaters in the playoffs so they assumed just because its higher than MJ, He's more clutch but the playoffs only is such a small sample size. Yes Playoffs matter more than Seasonal games but when those seasonal games come down to last shots to win games, those seasonal matters so that u can have a better record. However, in such cases, Lebron usually disappears. In final clutch minutes, Last seconds or final shots, Lebron shoots 20% such shots across his career taking over 100 of these clutch or important shots which is absolutely miserable compared to MJ's 50% clutch shots. 5. Lebron waste possessions: Lebron has the most turnovers in NBA History. Yes its naturally for main ballhandlers on teams to lose the ball the most. But, in many instances of Lebron turning over balls or losing possession, Lebron makes unnecessary, fancy and risky passes which leads to possession being lost. Lebron fans only talk about his assists but never mention his turnovers😂 Especially in 2017-18 where a year many of Lebron fans praise this version as a God had 347 turnover in just a single season. MJ doesn't have a major weakness in his game. The only weakness you can really point out in his game is his 3pt shooting But, this isn't even his fault. The key difference is, for his career, The average 3pt% in the NBA players during his career was 33% and MJ's 3pt% is 33% so he actually doesn't have a weakness. He's just "average" in that aspect of the game which isn't a weakness. Overall, This is not nowhere near a debate for me. Kareem is closer to Lebron than Lebron is closer to MJ
Was a pleasure reading your good points, especially the one that contextualized MJ's 3-point shooting. Bron stans are quick to call him bad in that aspect but when compared to both players' respective eras MJ was definitely not bad😂
"But, this isn't even his fault. The key difference is, for his career, The average 3pt% in the NBA players during his career was 33%..." I'd argue that an even bigger difference in this respect is the fact that the NBA didn't even adopt the 3-pt line until MJ was 16 years old. And as someone that played a _lot_ of playground ball back in the 80s-90s I can tell you that it wasn't until around 1994 or so that most of the playgrounds began to finally have a 3-pt arc painted on them. So, guys from MJ's era didn't practice that shot growing up like the kids from LBJ's era did.

Swept them dudes while they were beating him up! No bitching at the refs.
@@gambitacio No fugazzi mickey mouse rings either!
From 2003-2018, when Lebron was in the East:
The East had 38 teams with 50 wins or more and 15 teams with 20 wins or fewer.
The West had 72 teams with 50 wins or more and 8 teams with 20 wins or fewer.

Winning 2 separate 3peats in the span of 8 years is impossible and will never be done again as long as the nba exists
Also highly recommend his shorts. It’s a good laugh. The one with Charlie Murphy kills me. When Lebron went up for a layup and it slipped out his hands in the WCF against the nuggets. Such gold
The 06-07 Cave had dudes who could play defense and shoot 3's. A.I in the 01 finals would have loved to be on a team that can shoot 3's instead of just being really good on defense.

Great video! Bringing the facts. I am 46 years old and from Chicago. 2/17/78 is my birthday (those that know, know ) and had the absolute pleasure watching every regular season and playoff game from 90 to 2001 of my Bulls. I bleed Chicago Bulls red. The competition was harder hands down. No one and I mean no one came close and will ever come close to the skill, efficiency, and command of the game like Jordan. He was magic to watch. No one closed like he did and above all else, Michael Jordan had and has class. James loses in every category and loses big in the class metric. The only other player that came close to Jordan in many many was Kobe Bryant.

Anyone that actually watched basketball in the 90's when Jordan was playing knows for a fact, you had to play an almost perfect game to beat him and the Bulls. The first thought was, how can we slow down Jordan and it usually didn't work. That dude was feared like nobody else! His bag was so insane, you just prayed he was off that night. I was a diehard Knicks fan and it was awful watching him work.
I swear I was too!
What I love is when LBJ fans say “he won on three different teams!” 😂
Like that is meant to mean something? 😂 winning is winning! It’s already hard to win as it is, so what these idiots are saying is LBJ just wants to make it harder to win for the fun of it so he can have a losing record 😂
Fact is, he left because it’s easier to motivate new blood than existing players, it’s called the “honeymoon phase”.
@@gggyy7104 actually it’s harder to win with the same roster, why? Because teams know your plays and your team’s tendencies 🤦♂️ you don’t play ball
@@bGzzzzz Yeah…as if teams can’t draw up new plays. Foh. It doesn’t matter if they know your tendencies if you have a better roster. And once you win one ring with your roster, it proves you have the best roster. Nobody is out here saying the Timberwolves are more scary or unstoppable than the Nuggets.
@@gggyy7104 - “can’t draw up new plays”, yea you definitely have NEVER competed at a high level…..let me put it this way, there’s a reason why it’s difficult to repeat let alone 3peat (it’s not just because of injuries).

Seeing a new Skap video always brings a smile to my face 😎
The way the media mad his fans turnt on Kevin Love and pretend that man was a srub like every other teammate he has brings a tear to my eye. They never take into a into account how he was turned into a spot up shooter and that wasnt his game you have to change your game to play with Lebron. His GOAT case falls apart when you push aside the media agendas and look at the objective facts.
Chris Bosh got thrown under the bus as well when he accepted that he was the 3rd option behind Lebron and Wade in Miami.
LeBum can't function without spot up shooters. If he can't spread the floor he's useless.
Nothing like facts , preach brother !!!
I never get tired of these videos
If only LeFlop didnt lose 2011 Finals, I think we'd have a slightly different conversation
The best comparison to know who really is who.. 💯💯💯
"But, this isn't even his fault. The key difference is, for his career, The average 3pt% in the NBA players during his career was 33%..."
I'd argue that an even bigger difference in this respect is the fact that the NBA didn't even adopt the 3-pt line until MJ was 16 years old.
You forgot the most important stat, Jordan's Space Jam movie was infinitely better than Lebron's!!!😂😂😂
They were both garbage movie length commercials. They both suck for doing it.

Forget comparing him to the GOAT (MJ), LeBron James is hardly in the Top 5 Lakers of all time.
Bruh, those 91 stats in the final from MJ were prefuckingposterous. 31 ppgs, almost 3 steals a game and 1.4 blocks. You are not getting such ridiculous defensive productivity from your top scorering guards these days.
NOT TO MENTION ELEVEN ASSISTS!! AND shooting 56%! Of course with the WIN in five games. LeBron could never. LeBron HAS NEVER.
