Thanks for this fun video! Always wanted to know what the gameplay of this would be in detail. I HATE jumpscares, but this looks so well polished and fun - sadly a must have!
Thankfully it seems the severity of the scares lessen the more you get jumped at, like in Alien Isolation. :P
Maybe the emotional reward of succeeding is satisfying enough, yet, at least watching this in 2D, I would have hoped for slightly flashier effects of the vampire's demise(s) - a luxus detail-complaint. The game looks amazing!
Coming from a horror baby, I can definitely say you get less scared after a while with this one or else I wouldn't have survived it this long :p
Gotta say, the effects are better when you're in the headset. Like in the video you can hardly see the vampires slightly moving/breathing while they're sleeping in their coffins. You can see it clearly in VR, which adds to the tension, but on a flat video, you can't see it. It's a shame :)

Thanks for the video. Really enjoy the gameplay video. It was great. I adore the "I Expect You to Die" series. And this one seems very similar. However, I am a scaredy cat and will have to be skipping this. Too scary for me.

You mean when I grabbed stuff? I didn't really notice it in-game, but now you say so. I guess they made the choice to do that so you can keep seeing your items, which is important in the game as you need to be careful about making noise.
