Its on sale for $20.99 and Im a Soulslike addict. I played the 1st one but got lost on all the side quests & it got confusing with the pixel art style. Gonna give this one a try.
This one is so much more like a traditional soulslike, for me it's honestly top 5 games of 2024 so far.
It's been on my wishlist, but I do want a stability patch. I'm glad you and the family made it through that difficult time! 🙏🏽

Thank you for thinking about us. I actually think I may of scored this game to low, I'm actually playing it again...it may be my favorite "soulslike".
This game had some very hard moments, so many enemies especially in the red roped off areas. I definitely hit a point where i got good and it clicked. Learning to parry the enemies and pisure break them is absolutely essential. Also i got my sword leveled up 3 cosmic stones, high impact to posture break. I absolutely clowned all the elephants in the palace, near the water fountain having like 10 dudes comin at you. Cool little game definitely worth it, great video bro
Thanks for the insight, I switched off the sword relatively early. I'm gonna try that build. You are right, the game is tough for me I never felt discouraged. When it clicks, it's rewarding and addictive. Idk how often I only plan to play an hour or so, then I end up playing 2 or 3 hours.

Help me to understand. Someone once told me that playing a video game on a switch is like watching all movies on your phone. I can't see past this point
I guess it all depends on your perspective. I'd argue switch is closer to a tablet(especially if you use an oled switch or gamedeck). I also see games more like books and less like movies. Also I think it depends on your situation, I live with my wife and 2 little kids. I can't really play mature titles on the big TV and even then it's easier to be able to game when I want, not when the TV is available. For me I also think it's a.d.d as I like handheld because I can game while watching UA-cam on the TV. Ultimately I understand the comment, I have a friend who says "console gaming is like f1 racing with your mom's sedan". Lol at the same time he also has some issue with his rig 😆

What?? No really? I'll never say I'm an amazing gamer, I really didn't find it as difficult as like demon souls or bloodborne, I haven't played sekiro.
@@nemA96 the boss fights is just too challenging for a soulslike and one mistake will ruin eveything i actually uninstalled it after 1 hour cause there was no any reason to playing it also and the items that were dropped and even the level up style of the game was not interesting
ruining the game just breaks the nerve
