പാനിൽ അടിപൊളി കേക്ക് | No Oven No Beater Apple Upside Down Cake in a Pan | Stovetop Cake | Ep:1052

Authentic Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Butter -1 tbsp
For the Caramel
Sugar -5tbsp
Water - less than 1/4 cup
Apple - 1 to2
Maida - 10 tbsp - 85 gm
Sugar -4-5 tbsp
Salt -1/4tsp
Vanilla Essence -1tsp
Oil -5tbsp
Curd -2tbsp
Lemon Zest -1tsp opt
Egg -2
Baking Powder -11/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder -1-2 pinch opt
Method
Add 1 tbsp to a pan and melt it. Keep it aside once it is melted.
Take a saucepan and add sugar. Caramelize the sugar with little water. Add the caramel on the melted butter. Arrange the sliced apple on the caramel ( as shown in 2:40mins). Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top of the apple.
For the Batter - Take a bowl , add the lemon zest and sugar.Mix it well. Add 2 eggs. Beat well. Add beaten curd. Mix. Add 5 tbsp of sunflower Oil. Mix well. Add salt , 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 1 ½ tsp baking powder. Mix well. Add 10 tbsp of Maida. Add milk if required. Whisk till no lumps are formed.
Add this batter on top of the apple slices. Tap the pan to remove air bubbles. Keep it on lowest flame for 20 mins - 25 mins. Check the consistency with the skewer.
Remove from fire and turn it into a plate.
