Ingredients
Maida -11/2 cup 21 tbsp or 187.5 gm
Cocoa Powder -3tbsp
Coffee Powder -1tsp (opt)
vanilla essence 2 tsp
Sugar-13 tbsp 1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp
Milk -1/4 cup Plus 1 tbsp , 5 1/2 tbsp ,77.5ml
Oil or Butter l -1/2 cup ,125 ml ,8 tbsp
Baking Powder -1 Tsp
Baking Soda -1/2 tsp
Egg -2 or 1/2 cup Curd
Salt
Method
Pre heat cooker or kauai for 10 minutes in medium heat .
In a bowl strain all purpose flour, baking soda ,baking powder ,cocoa powder ,coffe and salt ..
Keep aside .
In a mixie jar add egg ,sugar ,oil ,essence blend well .
Then add milk and mix ..To that add Flour mix little by liitle and mix gently
Now take the cake tin ,and pour batter ,tap
and bake in medium temperature for 30-35 minutes or until done

I tried this. Cooker la undakiye. Look oke perfect arunu but taste wise it was not good. Sadarana cake il ninnum nalla sweetness kurava. Also cocoa powder kooduthal use cheyandi varum. Chocolate flavour um kuravayi thonni. This is in comparison to the cake we buy from bakeries. Texture wise this is a perfect recipe. Also madhuram ishtamallathavarkum ith athe pole follow cheyam

Nice recipe. Tried it with a little difference. I have added 3/4 cup of maida and 3/4 cup of amrutham podi instead of 1.5 cup of maida. I used Ghee instead of oil. I made with cooker and frying pan. It was my first attempt making cake and it went well. Thanks a lot❤️.
