Thanks db for this video Nice when you said:"Tell Questions to your teacher...". I think this is a realy good statement cause a lot of musicians forget that they want to learn to find there own style in playing music. They think that there teachers know what this style is. But in real live only the musician himself can answer this question. The teacher teach, but the musican must practice himself and find his way to find his own sound and style... Love, Peace and Harmony... Bernward
Wow. That “tongue illusion” thing and the whole story with Mr. Donald Byrd is just amazing. Such an eye-opening knowledge which correlates with my recent practicing problems just perfectly. Thank you, dB!
I’ve been waiting for this! Getting into the “nuts and bolts” of playing the horn. I love it! Looking forward to that Clark Terry lesson too! Let’s get it!
Man... This is a great video!!! Articulation it's something there I'm Workin on constantly, and that thing that you sad about Donald Byrd and Clifford about articulation.. wow! It's hard to find people talking about articulation in this way.. thank you for this great content!!
Thanks for watching Gabriel. In western music we are only dealing with 12 tones so I really believe that in regards to improvisation, rhythm and articulation is crucial. ♥️
