WAS THAT A SPINNING BLUDGEON INTO FOURTH HIT OF BIG BANG COMBO????? I NEVER KNEW THAT WAS THING THAT'S SO COOL I've used so much slikbind spinning bludgeon and charging spinning bludgeon for status trigger hammer (fun as hell set, both the charge switch from courage to guild AND the switch from charging spin into courage activate status trigger) so I've never actually messed around with regular spinning bludgeon. Definitely need to try this out now. Hammer has so many cool techniques it's unreal. One I liked using a lot is using a regular smash attack after silkbind spinning bludgeon and then going into a courage charge, it takes you straight into level 2 and allows you to chain a second silkbind spinning bludgeon. Idk if it's like the most meta thing ever but it's fun and that's what matters to me lol
I didn't know that either holy shit that's big I personally run charging spinning bludgeon charge with courage - it gives so much potential for combos, because you can go from charged spinning bludgeon back into purple and, of course, from purple back to yellow (not sure what they're called lmao). Also yellow hammer stance has ability to go right into water strike after every level of charge with no delay (besides spinning bludgeon of course). Love to set up i-frames like that
Wish hunting horn also allows us to switch between the new style and guild style too. Anyways, cool run on the "forgotten" style of hammer in Sunbreak!
Wonderful fight and epic Divine Bloodline !!! Malzeno, mankind ill don't need à savior such as you !!! Realy , one of the Best video that I've never sen. Continue like this.
holy shit, those spins and big bangs were nice... Shows just how much more room there is to improve these weapons.. :') one question about the shakes, was that video editing, or is there a mod for that, that came out recently? been looking for one for a while in Rise and couldn't find anything, with how I miss that impact of heavy weapons from the older games.
The classic 🥺NGL tho IDK how am gonna go back to it if they don't give us courage hammer in Wilds somehow... It's became my favorite way to play hammer, will they really just get rid of all the unique playstyles introduced in Rise...?
More than 70 or something, lots of careful moves and careful use of Impact Burst as to not trigger the wyvern riding state, and lots of runs trying to avoid the really quick chip damage moves Malzeno has that can end the run since I was at 1HP
As far as I know, there is no official name for the "Yellow Hammer mode" of Hammer in Rise and Sunbreak. Therefore, I personally call it "Guild" Hammer as it is basically Hammer's base moveset, which you could compare to how it is in Monster Hunter World, as well as Monster Hunter Generations.
No description squad rise up
I see what you did there.

@@lenorbluff7923 Wow, I didn't even know it could water strike after charges, that's super cool.

always love your guild hammer showcases, and this one is no different. excellent audio mixing too, as ever
This is so cool !! Hope you could do more video with this old school build.
Great run, always liked Divine Bloodlines from the Castlevania line of soundtracks. Now I gotta get back on Sunbreak to test more sets out.
give yourself a pat on the back lynn, you've really earned it
Lack of description crushed my soul /j

@@Tonino_lc Castlevania soundtrack.
@@tobikurashiki5800 Thx, but could you tell me the precise name of the OST?
@@Tonino_lc sorry, but no. I don't remember, it's like 30 years ago since I played this.
It's one of the main themes. You'll find it.

The shakes are editing on my part, I may have overdone them a bit though.
No description? Very odd for you

How viable is this play style when compared to strength/courage? Also, nice run. You're an inspiration for us, bonk squad 💪.
Courage and Strenght are significantly stronger than this playstyle, this is just me showcasing it for fun.
Wait yellow charge looks kind of fun, have I been missing out?
No, don't worry. This playstyle is still much weaker than Courage and Strength, this is just me showcasing it for something a bit more fun and rare.
Nice hunt! How many tries did it take?

Is it called guildstyle because of the playstyle?
yes
No, its because its the default hammer moveset. Usually, you use either strength or courage hammer moveset, since they are better for damage.
@@dynamo_lynn What Lynn said. :)
@@dynamo_lynn No wonder i was a bit confused over here XD.
The screen shake is too much for me i feel like getting KO with malzeno lol
Yeah I may have overdone the screen shakes a bit haha
