Ohh my god, when he says Bennie yoy are supposed to scream Bennie back!!! Instead, you just stayed silent.....sad
@Kevin Strange Yeah nah, right song mate. You gotta call back bennie at the end! It's a law ahaha
I'm sure this type of show could be enjoyed at no matter what seat you sit In
Saw him 5 times along with all the other classic bands for 40 years! I will miss him, but at least my wife and kids saw him! The YBR 40th Ann. tour 5 years ago was better, even the kids said this and they are early 20's.
Same here. I have a long bucket list of classic bands that I've wanted to see, and I've had the good fortune of having caught most of them, some of them several times even. I'm ever so grateful that these great bands always stop by Vancouver and I get to see them before it's too late. Boston with Brad Delp is one of my concert highlights. Sadly I never got to see Eddie Money, or the Cars with Ric Ocasek... This concert was my favourite Elton John show because I got so close. All other times, I was in the nosebleeds. Thanks for watching and for your comment!
@@allovervancouver2456 I was row 7 on centre aisle with family. Right in front of piano $200.00 when wife and daughter never left for toilet. Billy and Elton in 01 was spectacular. Go see the Who. Roger still screams. It was excellent a couple years ago for 50th Ann. Another biggie was Pink Floyd and Zeppelin in 73 and 75. I could go on and on. Only band I didnt see was The Beatles but I lived there 62 to 65. Still the greatest. Cheers mate.
I've seen The Who 3 times, and Daltry by himself once. Yup, they never get old. Never saw the Beatles either, but seen McCartney 5 times and Ringo once. Must have seen every Beatles tribute band that's come by Vancouver also. Can't get enough of The Beatles!
@@allovervancouver2456 My Colonel father was working with the Ian Fleming at Can. Brit. Intel. which is why we lived in Liverpool 62 to 65. Thank god we came home to beautiful Vancouver. The only band I didnt see was the Beatles too. But I have their records from Liverpool and they are British priceless so I am happy. The wife and kids were not impressed with Paul. He sounded awful but they knew the songs. The only one we want now is Billy. But it wont be as good as Billy and Elton in 01. Cheers.
You’re so lucky,, sadly I was born in the wrong generation and missed a lot of good legends like Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury but Elton is Proudly still here and I’m seeing him in May! I cant wait
Bennie. And the jet 🤣🤣mon coup de coeur 💎🐦☝
Great video, sounds great. I had the exact view from my seats in Saskatoon first night. Amazing show
