After Remy came home and started making noise on the rap scene, Nicki Minaj allegedly tried blackballing her by telling events and award shows that if Remy is there then Nicki won't be there. That's why Remy released the diss track eviscerating her. Nicki's team even got that song taken down from YT after a couple days when it had like 10 or 12 million views and it had to be reuploaded; it's currently sitting at only 2.5M views.
When Nicki Minaj was on top she never collaborated with female rappers, and instead of paying homage to Lil Kim she dissed her. The combination of Remy Ma getting out of prison and Cardi B going viral from _Love & Hip Hop_ is what opened the floodgates for female rap. Then she beefed with Cardi too. Nicki had to fall for female rap to rise up (I'm not even a fan of female rap, fyi).

Back To Back literally ended Meeks career for 3 years until they got back cool and did “Going Bad”, the only people that were listening to Meek after Back To Back to 2018 were his die hard fans, the culture was done with him because we lost respect for him and Drake’s music was incredible from 2015-2018 while Meek was droppin mid, I still feel like Meeks career is suffering from Back To Back, because remember Meek had the “Dreams Worth More Than Money” album at that time that took Meeks career to the top, he sold like 250k first week, and he was on fire, so if it wasn’t for that 3 year pause where his career was in the toilet from Drake… he woulda been where Cole and Kendrick are rn in terms of respect and success
