In John 14:18, Jesus says, “I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.” We know this is His heart for us to care for orphaned children just as He has cared for us. In light of that, we are observing Orphan Sunday, an event celebrated in churches across the nation to bring awareness to the orphan crisis. There are over 153 million orphans worldwide! We believe that our church has an impactful role to play in caring for as many of these children as possible, both locally and internationally. Through your support this year, and the work of the church body, we have clothed, fed, helped educate, cared for, and even adopted orphans. Our work isn’t done!

We are in our 2 years with our 5 siblings that we decided to keep together .As we started to adopt 1child me and my wife decided to keep all 5 siblings 3 boys 2 girls . We have seen the lord's hand in every way how he's made possible. Especially with this story as I grew up in calvary chapel Costa Mesa. What a blessing never knew about Kate Smith. I'm praying that the doors will open the doors to bless more kids with Christian family's. Godbless
