You got the practice pad? 3 rudiments you need to get down and practice everyday. And use metronome. 1. Single stroke roll 2. Double stroke roll 3. Single paradiddle.
If you get comfortable with these at 100 bpm. Then you can do all of this.
3 rudiments, Practice pad, everyday with metronome. 6 months you will be amazed.
