I clicked on this video faster than Raven knocking me out with a counter combo. Thank you again for the videos covering Stellar Blade, and now we have a timeline.
you are awesome. Appreciate you being here.
It can't get any better than this. The complete history of our future.
Haha. you right. A few of our real world mega corporations about to make their own mother sphere's. haha.
Man this game is really captivating, story, lore and visuals 🔥🔥🔥
Yes, couldn't agree more. Appreciate your comment again :)
Your videos are amazing, keep it up.
Much appreciated. Your comment is really motivating.
Damn I'm speechless... This explain everything
Considering the amount of lore you've been able to dig up in just the base game alone, I can only imagine what else you can find once a DLC or sequel gets made. And I agree, some of those events deserve its own cutscenes at least.
Hell yea. The lore dig is real. haha. Hopefully Stellar Blade becomes a franchise.
I was once again moved by your story. I'm playing this game right now and your channel is giving me some really cool motifs. I'm also looking forward to the next video.
Glad you have rocking with these videos for so long. Your comment is much appreciated again :)
Another great video!
Hell yea. Appreciate this one and your earlier comment.
Thank you for the awesome work. I love the content keep it up. I hope the dlc goes over the events prior to Stellar Blade as well. Going down Ravens path playing as Raven would even be amazing. I would love to see her in alternate outfits.
Appreciate your comment. Raven DLC with some more outfits would be great.
15:50 This time stamp basically answered my question. I was confused why Eve, and the crew talk as if they have an understanding of both Humans and Andro-Eidos, yet believe they are Humans?
(It also occured to me that Mother Sphere resembles the White & Red Queen from "Resident Evil". Would be funny for her to utter the famous line: "You're all going to die down here"
the best recap of Stellar blade lore and one of the most comprehensive lore timelines out there
Wow, appreciate your comment. Glad you are here to enjoy the video.
man I think it would be epic for Stellar Blade 2 to have a flashback where it shows the final battle in Eidos 7 and the orbital elevator.
Having a playable level evacuating up the orbit elevator and seeing all the legionnaires dying around you, then having you safely into the Colony, only to be ejected by mother sphere, then having the level end with your fall to earth to die in the Colony Extinction would be a great opportunity to play through.
Thanks for doing this. Would love a video going thru the inspirations from other sci-fi (most heavily, the Matrix series has so many references like Xion, Orcal, the phone booths, d1gg3r etc), and other IPs that influenced SB.
Dangggggggg... good video idea. I'm currently working on a video that focuses on the 12 steps of the hero's journey in Stellar Blade. But the inspiration video is a great idea. Yeah I was digging the phone (Matrix) and kill bill/game of death track suit inspirations the most.
Mother Sphere went full Shodan with extra steps since she also caused an extinction event on a global scale, imagine the sheer terror and confusion the andro-eidos caused around the world in MS's campaign of omnicide or why they even did it for her.
I agree. It would be great to see this occur in a cutscene or something like that.
Great job! I keep sending people to your channel that said they didn't understand the story. There's so much lore and it's not just on the memory sticks and publications, I told them. You have to read your body and beta cores, weapon cores, gears, exospines, etc., to really get the full story.
Oh, nice. You're awesome for doing that.
That was quite a lot
Mother Sphere makes Terminator's Skynet feel like a pocket calculator!
Did you see the sky net ref in-game? Hint: is a suit
@@GhettoTendencies there is a ref? That's cool! I don't have the game . Waiting for it to come to pc. I just watch videos on it for now.
Yea, kinda funny to see media's interpretation of what an evil robot takeover looks like through the decades.
@@unlistednaytiba Yeah tho I do like Mother Sphere better
Thank you so much for making these vids my man, you’re my go to on stellar blade indefinitely. A true legend!
Wow, I appreciate this comment. Glad to have you on this one.
U-Nay doing Stellar Blade fandom a service 🔥
Appreciate your comment. Glad you are in the Stellar Blade fandom.
All this gives more clarity to Mother Sphere's villainy. This also justifies her replacement logic.
Appreciate your comment. Yes, quite crazy to see how MS operates.
This was great! Can’t wait to check out your other vids!
Really appreciate it. Hope you enjoy the other ones. Glad to have you here.
Could you do a video exploring specifically, the relationship, mother sphere, and Adam had?
I feel like despite us not being given much information about their past there’s a lot to glean from it.
For example, mother sphere doesn’t describe Adam as her creator . she describes him as her father the man who gave birth to her and who taught her everything she knew .
The fact that she is very intimate language when discussing implies that Adam programmed her to be his surgeon daughter. Maybe implying that Adam couldn’t have kids or just didn’t wanna have kids considering he doesn’t have a wife or child .
Yes that's what I thought as well. Because she is wearing this kinda old fashion night-suit, kinda made me think Adam created her in the view of a dead daughter he head or a daughter he could never have. Hard to say, but I think you are correct. I am trying to make more Stellar Blade videos soon.
@@unlistednaytiba so MS took the shape of his daughter?
Awesome 🎉....!! Thank you kindly....
This channel gon' go crazy when that Sellar Blade 2 hits!
loving your comment... haha. 5 years from now we'll see.
I noticed something interesting and would like to hear your opinion on it. If you pay close attention, you will notice that before the fight with Karakuri, she scans you, but her visor does not show you as organic. And now comes the strange thing, the same thing happens before the fight with the Gundam. She scans Eve after her transformation, but Eve is also shown as non-organic in her visor. But that doesn't make sense. The goal of the fusion with Adam was for her to absorb his humanity and thus become a mixture of organic humans and inorganic Adro Edos, i.e. a cyborg. So the scanner should at least register her as partially organic. Eve was scanned using infrared vision and cold inorganic and warm organic areas were shown. After all, she has undergone a transformation and got wings and claws for feet. Now I'm not sure if this is a mistake by the developers or if she is still completely android. But what was the point of the fusion if nothing has changed
I think this has to do with perspective and Mother Sphere's lie. According to MS, Andro-Eidos are evolved humans and the Naytibas are monsters of unknown origin. As such, when EVE fuses with Adam and becomes part Naytiba, she would no longer be a "human" according to MS and as such, should not be identified as such by the scans of anything that is connected to MS to keep up her lie. Something that MS as an AI should be capable of doing, since it would only be a quick change in coding to determine Andro-Eidos as "human".
In this regard, Karakuri as a Naytiba wouldn't follow this classification set by MS. As such, Karakuri would see EVE as an android and classifiy her as such.
@@ZMusok But if the robot sees her as Naytiba, then she should be shown as organic, because Naytibas are organic. No, that still doesn't make any sense to me. I think this is either a mistake by the developers or she is perhaps still completely an android, which would take away the whole point of the fusion. I hope that this misunderstanding will be cleared up in the sequel
@@arturmagomedov02 Do we ever see how Naytiba's are classified by scans etc.?
The point is the following: according to Mother Sphere, the Android's are "organic". As such, every scan would show them as "organic" even though they aren't. Simply because the reception of the androids is: We are "organic", so everything similar to us is also "organic".
Or you could argue that Mother Sphere's lie, that the androids are "organic". As such, the scans are designed in a way that determine Androids to be "organic" while Naytiba's are not - a simple way to keep up Mother Sphere's lie. Since it would be wierd, if an "evolved human" would be not "organic".
So, why does the robot boss doesn't see EVE as "organic"? Again, two possibilities (since no, there is no reason given in the game):
1. The robot was older than Mother Sphere and as such, it's scans didn't have the software version that determined Androids as "organic".
2. After being taken over by the Naytiba, the scanning system became part of the Naytiba. As such, the "lie" of Mother Sphere (that determined "android = organic") wouldn't work on it, allowing the Naytiba to see the truth.
@@ZMusok It makes sense that Karakuri boss shows Eve as non organic because she did not merged with Adam at that point.
Providence is a new state of the art machine and it still shows Eve as non organic after the merge. This doesn't make sense because it wasn't a secret for the androids that Naytibas are organic and there is a whole discussion between Eve and Lily in a lab about how they view themselves as humans with mechanical additions and Naytibas not because they were only organic. Even before they found about that Naytibas were humans once, the knew that they were fully organic, but they had the ability to corrupt machines and stuff. So the fact that Providence sees Eve as a Naytiba after the merge but still shows her as non organic tells me that they probably just used the same scanning perspective image and the same text that they used for the Karakuri boss without noticing that the text which was displayed didn't match with Eves new form
@arturmagomedov02 after checking this scene, it is frustrating cause what is seen and heard contradict each other. You are right in that it says Target: Non Organic, but then the prompt voice you hear at the same time, says "sensing strong Naytiba Signal nearby." Because of this, it's really hard to say. As I mentioned in my video, I made an error interpreting the time between each wave of angels and because of this I thought Shift U made overlooked a data log stating the first wave's attack on Abyss. I was wrong, and this was not a mistake made from Shift Up. Considering how polished Stellar Blade is, and even though its story is sometimes told in a convoluted way, once you think about it, everything lines up. So I don't think they made an error with this. Perhaps it's simply something we haven't thought of yet.
Great job filling in the timeline. It really is an interesting story when you piece everything together. Not sure why some critics thought the story was a weak point of Stellar Blade when most souls games have a hollow empty story yet gets all the praise. Hopefully will get more story DLC next year sometime.
Totally agree with you. I feel that a lot of reviewers are grinding to complete the game as fast as they can so they can put out a review based on completing the game. Thinking they miss the story sometimes since reviewers grind through game after game to review. Appreciate your comment.
But souls games doesn't have a hollow empty story though.
@@MarrionTRSouls games focus more on lore than story from what I’ve played. Stellar Blade also has lore but more visual storytelling with characters and dialogue than a lot of the souls games.
Only Dark Souls 2 sucks, other Souls game and Elden Ring is fenomeno.
This is so wonderful! 👍 I can see the bigger picture of the upcoming DLC now... Looks like the epic battle of different wave of angels were about to come. Some of them might know the whole truth like Raven did, but still have their sanity and find a way to save lives on earth. Or some might be contaminated by Naytibas like Tachy and become a new Boss.
You got a good idea. Would be great to see what happens when others get contaminated by Naytiba.
Im dumb af. Lily says androids can’t drown but you’ll come across instances where you’ll find drowned androids. Not really related but since androids can’t procreate and aren’t blood related that would mean none of the androids are related meaning Kaya doesn’t actually have a sister she just think she does cause of the false memories implanted by mother sphere right?
What's up Draco. You are correct. It seems that all "humans" (the andro-eidos humans that replaced real organic humans) are created with false memories so that they believe they have familial ties or relationships with other "humans."
Amazing videos
Perfect timeline!👍
Appreciate your comment. Glad you enjoyed.
Awesome!
Just beat it tonight. Wow love the last part of the game from the point you leave Xion to the end. The last 3 or four bosses are so sweet. Especially Raven. They should have scrapped all the open world stuff and just made a couple more linear levels and it would have been a 9.5 for me instead of a solid 7.5
Did you get Lily's secret area - Eidos 9? It's great and adds to the story, and also is the best place to fish. I agree with your statement tho. The last few bosses are the best in terms of combat, challenge, skill, and story. The Democrawler for me was my favorite (some of the best music and the backstory of it is great too).
@@unlistednaytiba yes I did get lilies secret area! Didn’t realize it until new game plus when I mainlined the story. Also none of the side quest characters show up at the end to say goodbye if you don’t talk to them. Both those endings are so epic! Got to Raven on Hard mode and couldn’t get past her second faze and lowered the difficulty back to normal to see the ending. Great game! I freaking love Lilly Eve and Raven. Solid 8 out of 10
This is very well done and put together. The only problem I see has to do with the 72 year gap. Its not a fault of your own but a plot hole by the writers. There is no way that only a mere 72 years could have passed since the Liberation war and the start of the game. It is more than likely that a couple of hundred years passed due to the fact that the Andro Eidos had built an entire civilization after wiping out organic humans. The ruins we see in the likes of Eidos 7 and 9 and the ruins in the great desert were created by them and not us, after they killed us. They essentialy started from scratch and It would have taken decades to rebuild. Adam even said it himself that Eidos 7 was colosaul in size and thats only Eidos 7. Im assuming there was an Eidos 1-6 so that adds even more decades of building. The Andro Eidos also had lives just like us. They had children that went to school. They enjoyed art, music, and formed a military in the form of legonairs. All of that isnt formed in a 72 year window.
So tragic isn't? Human created AI, AI created Androids, Androids kills Humans, Humans evolved into monsters and contaminated Androids. Stellar Blade lore Most likely gives warning for real life human beings to never misused knowledge for the sake of mankind.
Great comment. So actually, you're going to not like my response,. haha, but my timeline is actually based off of the 70 years of time being between wave 1 and 6. And, since wave 1 occurs right before the release of Naytiba on earth we know that is the "end" of the Mother Sphere led andro-eidos humanity time period. And the beginning of this time period is when Mother Sphere declares her new humanity (the time at the start of the lost 72 years - written by luther). So that actually only leaves a possibility of 2 years for Mother Sphere and her andro-eidos humans to exist after replacing organic humans in a time of peace before Naytiba are released.
I think organics are replaced by andro-eidos, and they just simply inhabit the same cities, buildings, etc. that humans did (that's why I stated MS most likely did not use nuclear warfare to kill all humans). And the Eidos (cities) 1-9 are much smaller in scope (maybe the size of an average city). But with all of her bots and drones, they could be built within a 1-2 year period. We also see construction on Eidos 7 still occurring.
Kim Hyung Tae's idea for this game stems from the thought - what if humans were all suddenly replaced by machines/androids. So I agree with what you're saying in that it would take so long for the andro-eidos to develop their own culture, life, cities, etc., but I think it's more about simply replacing humans and stealing/taking on their identity instead of developing their own. Barry is a good example. There's no reason androids should eat fish, but they do, simply because MS replaced humans and their culture, etc. with andro-eidos.
@@miharuminato very similar to Nier: Gestalt but not as crazy as that 😂
@@protocetus499 Well, to be fair, Stellar Blade was well inspired by Nier Automata. But in Stellar Blade, The real evil is the AI.. which is ironic, because it was actually created for the betterment of mankind. Turn out to be otherwise.. 😔
Stellar Blade 2! Go Shift Up!
Kudos to you and your wife and BTW I'm bengali from West Bengal so don't get saddened please. I would suggest a game to explore the lore: Cyberpunk 2077. I think that has huge lore as you've said previously you would cover other games also. That's my suggestion and thank you very much for remembering me from Tachy's video. Can I connect with you on Instagram to talk about more in this. BTW lots of love from India ❤♥
Yeah that sounds like a good one to explore. Cyberpunk had such a troubled launch. But I hear it's the same. Yeah, I am on IG under the same name. See ya there.
So is anyone else curious as to what happened to Eve from wave six
Running around in the red suit - so much potential
@@unlistednaytiba wait what 👀👀👀👀
Sheesh.
My question when it comes to naytiba is, who were they before their change?
Did their personality and traits influence their augnentation or was it all planned out?
1 that im most interested in is abadon. Out of most naytiba we fight, its use of weapons and its skill with the blade indicate ithaving some level of mastery of sword fighting.
I feel these naytiba were some sort of warrior b4 changing.
Howd the naytiba migrate to where they are now and why pick certain spots?
Lastly, if Mother sphere created a-e to be able to repopulate, does that mean she created them with the ability to reproduce? The science behind that is questionable imo
What does it mean for the angels? Wouldnt her sending them to earth to create eidos strong like them through reproduction not only help, but hinder her plans if the angels bond too deeply with eidos amd lose focus of their original goal?
I think the game leaves a lot of questions in its desire for deeper lore. Maybe DLC or a sequel will answer some of these questions.
This story is kinda creepy…
So in a nutshell mother sphere is ultron
