March 19th, 2021 Stage IIIA Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (Non-Smoking)
February 2022 Stage IV Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (spreading to Brain, and other parts of lung and lymph nodes)
Gene Mutation EGFR with Exon 20 Insertion
TREATMENTS: Received or currently Receiving
2021: 8 Rounds of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin and Paclitaxel) with 30 concurrent radiation treatments to chest and lung
Failed Immunotherapy directly after Chemo and Radiation (Durvalumab, 1 round)
2022: Chemotherapy
10 rounds of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin, Alimta, and Avastin)
6 with Carboplatin, 4 without
Targeted Brain Radiation (Completed)
Most Recent Treatment plan, prior to passing:
Whole Brain and Spine Proton Therapy (Radiation) 13 sessions
Clinical Trial Medication NOLA
The purpose of my channel is to document my cancer journey to look back on, and/or help anyone else going through anything similar. It is also to potentially help loved ones supporting those who are in this fight as well. This is also an easy way to update a lot of people at once. My main goal is to have footage of this journey for my husband and children to look back on. I originally created this channel as a sort of video diary for my
family.

When I did foster parenting I got 3 children who lost their mother in a car accident, they were with her, but she didn't make it and it was going to be Mothers day, so I got helium balloons and they signed them and we let them go to heaven they were so happy ❤😊
That is a good release! I did that for yrs after losing my husband. 🎈

Sorry for your loss, yet helium balloons can case a power outage if the come in contact with a power pole. Please next time just use regular balloons 😊❤

Such sweet kids. They are just like their parents in nature and looks. So nice to see them having fun.
A visit to Jen's mom would be a beautiful thing to do. I'm sure she is sad and missing her daughter too. You and your children are very special and you are also very strong. Jen is with you and the children always.

Mother's Day is always some what emotional when mom is gone. No matter what age and how long. Just do something special for Jenny. Knowing you it will be nice. You are a great dad and Ellis and Winnie are adorable. Don't want to forget your fur babies. They are a joy. Love you all. ❤

My mom just passed away in April-she was also an amazing mom, and always so kind-and I’ve been dreading this weekend. Thank you for this video. “Feel whatever you feel; there are no wrong feelings” seems like a good approach.

These holidays are hard. Our stillborn son was lost just a few days before Mother's Day so the day always reminds me of him and my mother who died, and Father's Day we try to celebrate my dad, who has been awesome, while we grieve my husband.

This reminds me so much of my sister, me and my father growing up. I was 5 years old and my little sister was 7 months old when my mom died. My dad raised us all by himself. He did an amazing job. We went on so many trips and vacations growing up. My dad gave us a wonderful childhood. I see you raising your children in such an amazing way! You are doing a wonderful job. I know that this can’t be and isn’t easy on your own but Kyle you can do it and you are doing it! I’m so happy and proud of you! You just keep on loving those kids like you are doing. I can tell they love you and think the world of you! You’re an amazing Dad! ❤

@@LauraDiaz-dw5ow I remember very, very little. Maybe no more than four different memories. Two of those are my Dad telling me my Mom wasn’t coming back that she had gone to heaven. Another one is someone, I don’t recall who but they held me up at the funeral home visitation so I could see my Mom in her casket. Another memory I believe I remember is my Dad, my Mom, and I went to a place in a wooded area to have pictures made. Other than that , no, I don’t have any memories. If you’re a mother, then I’d like to wish you a Happy Mother’s Day! Take care and thanks for being kind💟
@@CharlieB.- I don't have any children but my nine yr old nephew just lost his dad. I feel sad because I doubt that he will remember the essence of who his dad was and how loved he was

I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for the children being so very young. I really miss my mom and she was 88 when she passed just two years ago in June of 22. I miss both her and my Dad every day.

The best idea for Mothers Day is what you do every day. You're a wonderful parent. Just continue to do what you all want. There's no rules, no standards, just love & that's what you pour into those kids daily. You are doing the best you can. There's no right or wrong way to celebrate mothers day. You'll figure it out along the way & it'll be beautiful. Maybe they want to paint rocks or go feed birds or ducks or just watch a movie that Jenny loved to watch on her moms day. Please don't worry or overthink it, it's going to be great because you're all together & your hearts are filled with love. If Jenny's watching, she's soooooo proud of all of you. 🍎🍎🍎😇

You can honor Jenny with a toast and speak about what a loving and beautiful Mommy she was and still is with her two wonderful babies! When the kids said they didn't know how to feel about Mothers Day, and you replied, "Nobody does!" Not a truer response could have been given. Your complete acceptance, openness and honesty with your kids is the healthiest and most loving thing you can give them! Jenny is so proud of all of you! Seeing the dynamic between the 3 of you is extremely sweet and heartwarming. You can just see how much those kids trust and adore their dad, and how safe you make them feel. I will always miss seeing Jenny in the videos, but as you’ve said, I know she is always with you in spirit, even if not physically. Have you ever watched the show ghost whisperer w Jennifer love Hewitt? I know it’s considered a “fantasy” show, but the way they depict a soul standing right next to their loved one, or even putting their hand on your back and you feel something that feels so good and familiar. Have you had any moments like that, where you felt like Jenny touched your face or back or anything like that? This is how i picture Jenny. She’s there and can see all of you, you just can’t see her yet bc she’s an angel. I really believe that. Anyway, I’m happy to see y’all enjoyed your time up in Oregon with your chosen family, and I swear Winnie looks like Jenny more and more each day! What a beautiful connection she’ll have to her mom over their shared appearance. Sending so many hugs and love💗💗
