I love this wig, I finally got mine, chi chi 4b/4c 20 inch medium cap full lace, and I love it because it matches my texture and the length is my goal. I don’t use glue or got 2b gel, I kinda wear it as a half wig. I just leave a little bit of my hair out with their baby hair and some edge control gel and use a smoothing brush& satin scarf to blend and lay it down. Currently I’m growing my twa out again and this is a perfect natural looking solution and is worth the investment in the long run, with a full lace u can literally part anywhere. 😊❤️❤️❤️

I’m considering selling my full lace wig since it’s a lot of hair to handle as far as styling and washing but great wig if you have time and take care of it. It’s held up great. I keep it on a mannequin head with a satin cloth covering it to keep dust off since I haven’t worn it in a few months. *** very little shedding, definitely as you would natural hair, detangle/condition/ wash in sections always.

That wig is GORGEOUS on you, Sherelle. I’ve never been good with working with getting the lace trimmed and fitted properly. I can remember one time I wore this curly bob type wig (similar to my own hair type and style) out to dinner, and my gf said to me “are you wearing a wig?” all loud and stuff lol. So everyone at the restaurant had to look. I was red as a beet lol. Ugh...So I took from that I did poorly with the lace front trim job. Lol. I never wore one again. Shame, because, if you get it right (like you did) it makes life so much easier. 🤷♀️💖

LalaBaby You’ll have to shell out a lot of money for a good long lasting kinky wig. Wigs like this should last a good while, you just need to make sure that you are moisturizing it and strangling every now and then. The cheaper you go, the less quality and it will tangle and shed like a mf haha
@Victoria Adeyemi I wanted another wig, and I did buy 2. I bought Lora which I heard was less maintenance (100% true) and it matched my curl type better than Melissa (I think I'm more 3c). Melissa is a good wig and she can easily be renewed with twist outs. She is still holding up well but It's always good to have a backup. Plus the sale was 60 dollars off, I had to snatch a wig quick XD. CurlsCurls don't have sales often so why not take advantage?
@Victoria Adeyemi If you get the right cap size then no, the small cap size fits perfectly for my head and snug. Shipping costs an additional 15 and they are having a valentines day sale right now so I guess it'll cover shipping XD. But with this unit I can use my natural hair for the edges because its not silky and unless I want a ponytail with the "hairline" shown then I don't need the spray. I live in a humid environment but Melissa is high maintenance and can turn into a fro without moisturiser. Melissa is 3c/4a but in my opinion more 4a so if you want a 3b wig I recommend Lora. Sarah is also a 3b/3c wig like Lora but in my opinion she is more 3c. It depends on what you want and how much you can handle maintaince. I recommend using curl creme, demine brush, or gel if you want her to keep her curls through a humid day or define them. She has a natural luster so you don't have to worry about her getting crazy silky when wet. Also note that she shrinks and she can swell sometimes so if you dont her too thick get a full lace like I have. take 2 inches off the inches that you buy. I use AfricanPride products and unless I use styling gel and curl loosing creme/mouse she will shrink Don't brush her when wet or she will shed and tangle like most true kinky curly units. Wait until she is damp or dry Wash her once a week or every two weeks unless she is dirty especially after she gets older because older wigs have a higher risk of shedding. She sheds as much as a regular kinky unit Use oil if she tangles at the naps and deep condition. Yes this wig can tangle at the naps especially if you sweat I often use twist outs to restore her especially if I had her in a ponytail or style for a while and she has the "ponytail effect". I once braided her and I liked the look of it Dont put any gel or alcohol product to her lace or roots or any unit of that matter, it'll cause it to tangle.

I had 1b, if you are experienced in kinky hair then I would go for this wig deffo! If not then start with a looser texture, my favourite it’s naturally curly. Hope this helps 😊
