The curls at the root is the first thing I noticed, no other curly wig has the curls at the root so I just do clip ins; but I will have to get this! This is the only curly wig I have seen that looks very real!!

No problem. This isn’t a full lace wig so if you wore it all in a high puff you’d have to make sure the back looks right. You can definitely do a half up half down style with ease. I understand. I think it’s worth getting.

@@maryh5163 Processing/shipping will take about 6-10 days but 100% worth the price. But to be honest being kinky curly the wig should take a while to process the curls. I never trust a site with kinky curly wigs that only do 2 day processing because that means the curls won't last after a few months

@@maryh5163 I'm actually planning to get another! But this time on Cybermonday or a chrismas sale (missed halloween). I forgot I had a growth spurt so a 16in is a 14-12in at my height because of the shrinkage. It honestly looks realistic and a good beginner wig as far as customisation goes. Shedding and tangling is normal for any curly wig. The only downside is if you're a new with curly wigs it might be difficult to maintain since it is moderate-high maintenance. It matches my exact hair texture so its not a problem but it might be for some. If you're not used to managing this type of hair that then probably get Lora (3b-3c and lower maintenance) or another curl pattern (they have all kinds 2, 3, and 4 textures) but I highly recommend this wig. I've had Melissa since Spring and her curls haven't dropped!

It didn't matte up yet. As far as the loosening of the curls that just depends on your maintenance routine.

It just depends on the lo0ok you want. This texture shrinks a lot so if you want a longer go with the longer length

@@diamondeyezz4874 Don't know if you bought but at 5'7 16inches would go to the armpit/breast. 18+ is under. All kinky curly/deep curly units usually start at the shoulders at 16inch and if its 14 or shorter it'll be by the ear or directly under. I'm taller than 5'7 now but that was how I knew my measurements when I purchased wigs.

Omg. This is my second wig from curls curls but this melissa wig is an absolute MESS the curls are beautiful but the SHEDDING and tangles are just horrific!!! My Zoey wig was much better from them. I cant do anything to soften it. Its horrible. I just got it. Its horrible. I still have zoey but I cut it 2 short
