Good stuff as always. I've had good success as primarily a movement/pressure team out of the 3-3, however, this makes perfect sense and I like it better than what I had been using out of our base front. Gives me something to chew on....
Coach, Great vid! Question on the nose, what happens if the C just drives block straight on the Nose? Lot of teams we see will look to double to nose, especially on power. Thank you for the vid!
@@CoachMac 2 questions on this one 1) With standard 4 man pass rushes, with your lion or ram as the 4th rusher, how does this affect the pass rush paths? Say the pass rush calls for the Lion to rush through the B-gap and the DE to rush outside; what if the Lion has already started to hit the B gap but then gets a read to hit the C gap once it becomes it's clear it's a run, and the DE starts rushing outside but gets a B gap read? 2) How does this affect 5 and 6 man pass rushes? Without hearing from you first, it sounds like this would be a nightmare, especially something like a DE looping to opposite A gap
