The texture on his clothes is fantastic. My favorite fighter to use is Sub Zero.
Liu Kang was always my favorite Character in the Mortal Kombat series, and he was always my go to player character, I think it has a lot to do with the Movie from 1995.

They did an amazing Job capturing Johnny Cage's likeness with his figure but with Liu Kang... i don't know. But to me he looks nothing like Liu Kang
Still hoping we get an Erron Black, Kano or MK11 Joker figure in the future. Though i think they announced Kabal and Noob Saibot as the next figures

With Johnny or Raiden they captured their likeness pretty well but Liu Kang looks nothing like him. His head is too small, eyebrows are differently shaped and he's wearing lipstick for some reason lol. I mean i cant complain, it's a $20 figure but they did such a good job with the faces on previous figures (namely Johnny and Raiden)
Really want that Kabal and Liu Kang. Maybe Noob Saibot and I would love if they made an Erron Black
@@brodybingham6808 erron black is my main in MK11 so im crossing my fingers he gets a figure. He's one of the newer and less known characters so i don't know if he has a chance but he'd make such a cool action figure so here's hoping.
Might get Kabal and definitely getting Noob when they're out
This is a pretty good Liu Kang figure. It has a good sculpt, paint application and details. However, the nunchucks would've looked much better and if they had utilized an actual chain, instead of just molded plastic. In terms of Mortal Kombat male fighters, my favorite would either be Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Raiden or Kenshi. In terms of females fighters, it would either be Sonya Blade, Kitana, Mileena or Jade. Otherwise, thanks as always Spot for another great video. I really appreciate the hard work. Keep it up!

Is it possible to remove his tops,so you can have him displayed looking more like the classic bare chested lui kang ?

I know mcfarlane do also do yellow & black version that does have him bare chested no tops. But the classic lui kang did used to be red & black.

Baraka is my go to for mk2.......
I wanted the series 1 Sub-Zero but alas the availability in my country was terrible, so i missed out on him. I was hoping it would be re-issued, but i settled with the bloodied version instead. Luckily i could still get the regular Scorpion. I am finishing off my buys with Shao Kahn. If i buy any others i might get all of them and i don't have enough room as is.

Extra hands is a necessity at this point. Anything is better than those stupid can of Coca-Cola holding hands. God those are hideous.
They have their uses for holding weapons but McFarlane isn't putting a lot of love into this lines weapons quality.
Crummy cheap and usually very warped rubber ain't gonna cut it. I don't care how cheap these are. They need to be better quality.
And those ugly joint pins. Come on. Get rid of those and make counseled joints. It isn't 2013...
They're very slowly coming around to making somewhat decent MK figures. Still plenty of room for improvement imo.
